we paid for the breakfast as part of our booking package but in retrospect we might have just gone into town for breakfast. the breakfast is served in the pool area which is very lovely, but the selection was limited and the exact same each day.

Fantastic hotel – super comfortable, extremely friendly staff, great and beautiful location. Rooms were clean. Food was always fresh and delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

The view is great, and the pool is perfect, it’s big enough to swim in it.

the Hotel Manager matina was very nice in particular. seh was helpfull in every way. we enjoyed the staying and all the little nicely arranged spots to do yoga, playing pingpong or just watching the nice sunset.

Hotel yard-garden is very beautiful and romantic. The view from the room balcony is spectacular

Everything, the view, the location (close to the blue caves, boat to navagio, restaurants, zoo, as well as a few great beaches Xigia, Makris Gialos, Trampoline). Apartment is big, fridge is not noisy, noise insulation is good, balcony windows slide and have an anti-mosquito net, well-equipped kitchen, balconies with tables to have breakfast and an umbrella. Last but not least TV, AC in every room, pool, very good WiFi (cell coverage was poor to average for us so we were very happy with WiFi). Cleaning is daily and has its own parking.

Nothing worth mentioning, probably the road is a bit challenging at first (i.e. it gets narrow in some parts), but you get used to it and then it gets easy (and also rewarding). The shower head maybe needed changing (although it was working), but we did not bother asking. It is a consumable, easily replaceable if one asks, so no penalty here.

Amazing view over Kefalonia! It is in a lovely part of the island with lots of places within walking distance - 2 restaurants, tour to Shipwreck Bay, swimming access. The town is just a short drive away, from where you can get the ferry to Kefalonia in the summer.

This place had definitely seen better days (possibly back in the 70s/80s judging by some of the furnishings!). There was a towel left by a previous guest in our bathroom and we had to wash all the crockery as it was dirty. The kitchenette is VERY small, but passable for a few breakfasts and a basic dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay Lithies. Matina met us with a smile and kindly provided us with all the information to make our stay comfortable and nice. She gave an amazing recommendation for dinner which was the Old windmill place (highly recommended!!!). The hotel is located almost at the edge of the island and is very serene and secluded (that is exactly what we were looking for). Although there is not breakfast at the location, there is a kitchen equipped with everything you need (at least we had one in our room) and there were toasts, jam, butter and water (and a coffee machine (buy your own coffee though) for our use, which was extremely nice, especially for the first morning before we did our grocery shopping. We enjoyed the view from our terrace a lot. The Potamitis boat trips to both the shipwreck and the blue caves is just 7 minutes away by car, which was perfect for us and we did both trips in different days (due to the wind). We loved it! The room was clean and you had extra toiletries in the bathroom, which is always helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend staying at Lithies and enjoying the north part of Zakynthos! I already miss that stunning place!

Location, pool and view!!!

Beautiful grounds and pool, lovely balcony with the most amazing views. We were in a 1 bed apartment with sofa beds in the living room for our teens. A basic kitchen allowed us to make toast , eggs etc. The location means you have amazing views but it is remote so be organised on your arrival by picking up food / drink essentials as pool bar has not opened yet post covid. There are 2 restaurants which are walkable : we went to 1 ( the windmill cafe) which was fine with great views. At the windmill you can also walk down some steps carved into the cliffs down to some amazing swimming including into 1 of the blue caves. You are a 5 minute drive into the port for more restaurants and shops , but the walk would be hard due to Steep hills. I really loved my stay.

The room was big but like a cave. Wifi and connection didn’t work at all. Bed and pillow were good and the facilities were nice and useful.

The hotel is located at the northern end of the island. The place doesn't have the same infrastructure as the south, but that's exactly what we loved the most. It's much less noisy and chaotic than the overly touristy southern villages like Laganas and Tsilivi, for example. You'll definitely need a car to explore the surroundings, but if you're looking for a charming and picturesque place, it's definitely worth it. Highlights are the beautiful swimming pool, the wonderful sea views from the balconies and the nice village of Agios Nikolaos, just 5 minutes away by car. We also greatly appreciate the staff, who were always smiling and willing to help with anything.

The bathroom is small. Not really a big issue, though.

Absolutely amazing staff, 2 peoples - Anna - cleaner and Vasil - house maker. Matina as manager was on work road and even this everything, BUT REALLY EVERYTHING was so nice and perfect. During COVID isn't here pool bar and breakfasts - and - this is the most beautiful, because You are with the other peoples on 1 way. Shop is 3,3 km in the city, but special restaurant for breakfasts, lunches and especially dinners is only 8 minutes far away. One of the most beautiful hotel in my life - peace, pool, sea view, service, oh my god!

Quite, clean, staff is extremely polite here and in the closeby restaurants which are all owned by thr same family, they helped us with everything we needed

I came without a drivers licence, completly my bad, but the location made it difficult, luckly the best spots are close by

The location is magical, beautiful view and a tidy, pleasant, spacious room with all the needed facilities. The owners were super helpful and nice! Gladly will recommend Lithies Hotel for a great holiday stay!

I really loved my stay at Lithies! The pool, the yard, the rooms, the staff - I have nothing negative to say. Also loved the fact that we were within walking distance from two tavernas, a great swimming place (down the stairs of the Potamitis Windmill) and the lighthouse/little port which is the best place on the island to take a boat for the Blue Caves and the Navagio. Also close: Agios Nikolaos port, Xigia Sulfur Beach, Volimes, Old Windmill Taverna, the Askos animal park. Rent a car to fully explore the island! Can’t wait to come back one day!

Nothing really. I may suggest a walk-in shower design for the bathrooms when the time for renovations come.

Quiet and pleasant location. Possible to view sunrise and sunset. Big balcony. The building is high, so the ocean is visible from the balcony. Helpful and friendly host.

The toilet is really small. The plastic curtain of the shower was not clean and became yellow. The shower area is too small to move without touching the curtain. Limited kitchen facilities, not enough plates, knives, and pots. Really inconvenient oven. No restaurants and shops nearby.

The host was really amazing, she took care for a Rentecar upon our arrival, she pointed out all the sightseeings and nice restaurants in the area . What a difference compared to previous locations where we stayed. Because if Covid 19 there was no breakfast but again she recommended a very nice taverne just around the corner with splendid views. We are considering to stay longer ! 10 our of 10! Ps and everything is mega clean:-)
