De villa was geweldig, erg veel ruimte, een prachtig zwembad. Meerdere plekken om met een grote groep te kunnen eten buiten. Alles was super netjes en schoon. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en heel goed te bereiken. Wij konden met elke vraag bij ze terecht.

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location. The villa was spotless and very nicely decorated. it felt like a second home to us. great outdoor spaces and large private pool. All the bedrooms have airco and great beds. The communication before our stay and during our stay with Stathis was very helpfull and nice. During our stay Maria cleaned the house and provided new towels and bedlinnen. Great service. we hope to be back soon!

Villa very spacious and well equipped, beautiful garden, very pleasant swimming pool area, host very kind and full of attention to our needs, everything above our expectations!

We liked that the hosts were extremely kind and friendly, they gave us lots of advice regarding the restaurants, beaches and things to do on the island. The pool, the garden, the villa were very nice. The overall stay was very good.

The only thing that was not according to the villa description was the number of bathrooms, on the upper floor of the villa there is one master bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms with one shared bathroom. On the ground floor there is one bedroom and one bathroom

We have just returned from a last minute booking at Tierra Verde villa. There were 4 adults and 4 children all staying together and we had a really fabulous break. The hosts are amazing and can’t do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa is very clean and the pool and outside area are beautiful. After thinking we would not have a holiday this year, we had one for the best holidays ever with our friends.

An excellent villa in a great location. The villa was spotlessly clean with lovely gardens, pool and outside seating areas. If you like cooking, the outside kitchen with wood fired pizza oven and BBQ is a lovely place to enjoy a family meal, and supplied with all the wood and various materials to get it going. Unusually for self catering accommodation the villa was cleaned twice a week with fresh bed linen and towels changed which was a real bonus. The communication from Stathis and Dionysus was excellent, from pre arrival to advice on the best restaurants and places to visit on Zante. Dionysus would show us with pride, quite deservingly, around the garden letting us help ourselves to home grown chillis, tomatoes, mint, and various other herbs, along with a fresh bottle of home pressed oil from the olive groves surrounding the villa. The villa is within walking distance (10 minutes) from Tsilivi with its numerous restaurants, bars and beaches, however back at the villa after exploring the island you are tucked away in your own peace and isolation. Highly recommended, we would have no hesitation to call on Dionysus and Stathis to rebook when we return to Zante.
