The location to attractions was good.

The wifi kept dropping out. The pillows were so flat, that you might of not bothered to use it.

The breakfast was very good, good environment.

The room was too small, the bed was tiny either 2.5 or 3 by 6 feet, made the place. No front office service available from 8.00pm making the place look lonely. No drinks available if one wanted. Second problem was language barrier. I am English speaking and all the staff can hardly communicate in English yet I dont understand German. Third, charging over 90 euros per night for such facility was kind of very unfair. I later came across better hotels at 70euros a night. On notice board at the entry, rates were indicated as between 45 to 70 euros depending on the room one booked.

Big value for money option including a good breakfast. Price is great! but I would pay a bit more for better quality.

The staff was very kind but there is no option to talk in English which you would expect from a hotel :/ The free wifi is really really of low quality and urgently needs an upgrade.

The hotel is in an ideal location for exploring, with plenty of amazing shops, cafes, restaurants, event spaces and galleries all nearby. Rooms have everything you need and the staff were all super nice during our stay, especially for coordinating our out-of-hours check-in.

They increased the price(without prior notice) by 25% after my first week.

Excellent breakfast. We loved the scrambled egg. Also the peach tea.

A bit of graffiti around on nearby streets.

Nice hotel in a rather run down area Staff contacted me before the desk closed to arrange for very late check in using external keybox (I was not aware that desk closed at 20.00)

Bed low and bit soft soft for a corpulent 71 year old!
