Location, value and overall atmosphere.

It can be noisy, but I knew this and expected it. There is.m nothing the hotel can do, it’s just a factor of the neighbourhood and location.

First of all. The place is not an hotel. Is more like a storage for your luggage. The place is located right in the middle of a jungle of night clubs and bars and I assure you, you won't be able to sleep during the night. Not mentioning that there's no receptionist, no security, no one that control the place so there is a lot of people screaming and yelling and doing weird stuff in the hallways. Either during the day, there's a huge construction happening right at next door and the labours are always yelling. They must be crazy.

I feel like that's a scam because when you say something to the property. They only answer with a stupid thylike, the name of the place is "party clubbing st" Like wtf that means. Does that name can let you scam people. Is an horrible place. Please never stay in this place. It was an horrible experience and ruined the whole vacation for me and my family. I would never comeback to this place in my whole life.

They did not return my deposit. I’ve been trying to talk to them, but they can’t find my reservation. It’s been over two weeks and still nothing.

I like how it’s within the Romantic Zone, close to restaurants and bar. I also like how the room is equipped with basic appliances you need.

Just speaking on the room that I got, it would have been more comfortable if living room also has an AC. I didn’t get to enjoy the living room because it was very hot. The AC in the bedroom is not strong too and on my last day, it broke and I have to transfer to a smaller room. Although I already expected the noise because the location is surrounded by bars, this may unpleasant for certain people. Didn’t bother me as I am a deep sleeper. Also would be nice if front desk person comes in early for people checking in or out early and if they can speak a little English for travelers not able to speak Spanish. I know it sounds silly because we are in Mexico but not everyone speaks Spanish.

NO WHERE IN THE ADD did it indicate that this hotel is attached to a LATE NIGHT CLUB. The walls literally Vibrated until 4 AM I barely got ANY Sleep. I feel I need a credit on this booking. This is unacceptable if not credit I will not use booking.com again!!!
