Nice and cosy apartment in a perfect location (just few hundred meters away from mountain lift). Apartment has everything you need for your stay (including washing machine and hairdryer), it is warm and clean. During the nights it was very quite as windows are facing inner yard of the building where not so many people are parting after the skiing. All the communication with owner was very quick and precise, everything what was promised was delivered. Definitely recommend!

During the first days it was very dry air in the rooms. Until we started to switch off heating and slightly open windows for the night - it worked pretty well and air become less dry. Four beds was very good and comfortable, however one sofa was too soft to sleep there for more then three nights.

the room is located on the 4th floor of block number 2. It's big enough for a family of 5 (3 little kids). the kitchen is well equipped with minor utensils missing. the wifi worked well. we had always hot water and the room was well heated. location is great - 3-5 minutes from rental ski shops, supermarket and a 5-minute walk to the gondola. there is a spa in the building which includes a heated pool, jacuzzi, and dry sauna with an added cost of 70 lari for an adult and 45 lari for kids. they have one locker in the ski depot that was just enough for our needs. might be a problem for others with bigger equipment

on the first day of arrival the elevator didn't work so we had to take up the stairs all the luggage to the 4th floor. the room is not really ski in/ski out - it takes 5 minutes to go to the gondola some of the kitchen utensils are missing so if you like to cook a lot check in advance or bring your own

Very good location close to gondola lift, restaurants and next door to groceries. Cozy interior and amazing view from the balcony. Owner replies really fast and is very helpful.

The mattress wasn't too comfortable and sound isolation is pretty low

Plenty of sleeping accommodation and well laid out. separate bedroom for the kids was really helpful to segregate them from the main areas. Owner very responsive and really helpful in organizing taxis and answering any queries - superb service.

Ski locker a bit small for a family of 4, plus lighting in the room only partially working - difficult to see. Pillows for the beds were quite old and a bit smelly.

the second floor is not for adults through the low ceiling. slow internet connection and non-smart TV, if you are planning to work here, you can’t. Sometimes we felt the smell of cigarettes, through the restaurants on the ground floor, I suppose.

SUPERIOR location - 2 min to the main elevator - Gudaura, SPAR 24h - the next door. All restaraunts, ski rent and SPA - 1 min to go. Vano and Manana - great hosts, very hospital, ready to help with all questions. Apartments fully meet our expectations - 1 big bed, and wide sofa for our 5 year son. Mini kitchen with all required. Bath is modern and well equippped

Staff in the hotelcan be more active.

the organisation of the place was very poor,a lot of noise ,no body to consult in place ,the reception man no speek in english or other language than the local language.

Storage facilities could be better, but the host was very helpful to figure out everything!

1. Very close to the lifts, you can be the first one on the slopes 2. Tasty food in restaurants nearby.

1. Very bad internet, that doesn't work properly in the room, only in the toilet and in the corridor. 2. Literally no entertainment for kids in new Gudauri. 3. View is blocked by the construction site, so it doesn't actually have much of the view mentioned in description. 4. A lot of noise coming in from the bar on the first flow making it really hard to go to sleep, especially with kids. 5. Nowhere to have a walk, new Gudauri is a big dirty construction site. You need to order a taxi getting to pharmacy or store with reasonable prices.
