Black Pine Cottage Katoomba
BLACK PINE COTTAGE a breve distanza a piedi da tutti i siti di cui hai bisogno per completare la fuga delle Blue Mountains. Il famoso Scenic World e le cascate di Katoomba distano solo cinque minuti a piedi dalla porta principale del cottage. Le famose Three Sisters e Leura Village si trovano a breve distanza in auto, con una vista mozzafiato sulla Jamieson Valley e Echo Point.

Camera da letto principale: letto matrimoniale, comodini e lampade da lettura, armadio a muro con molto spazio per disimballare e sentirsi a casa. Questa spaziosa camera matrimoniale è perfetta ed è inondata di sole al mattino per quei pigri dormienti mattutini.
Camera da letto con vista sul giardino: è dotata di tre o quattro letti singoli o può essere convertita in comodini con un letto king size e lampade da lettura con vista sul cortile sul retro e sul Black Pine Tree, patrimonio storico.
Tutti i letti sono dotati di doonas e coperte elettriche.
Cucina: La cucina è completa come se fossi a casa tua, forno elettrico indipendente e piano cottura, frigorifero e forno a microonde.
Nel cottage sono presenti due bagni con docce in entrambe le camere, insieme al bagno principale con una grande vasca autoportante che può ospitare due persone per un romantico weekend.
Area di ingresso all'aperto: sul retro della cucina c'è un grande piano di calpestio di 40 metri quadrati completo di area BBG integrata e tavolo e sedie per godersi la tazza di caffè mattutina e ascoltare la fauna selvatica locale.
C'è una lavatrice nel secondo bagno per la comodità per l'uso, se necessario.

Drove 2 hours to get to property
Property cancelled by you 2 hours before we were meant to move in.
2 x 30 minute calls to you was a complete waste of time. You refused to help saying that you don’t care about 1 night bookings.
Booked 2 small/cold hotel rooms ourselves. Completely ruined our break. It is terrible that you can do this. Will be writing to office of Fair trading and will never use you again.

This is our 3rd visit back to Black Pine Cottage, as it is such a lovely place to stay. It is spacious for a family, cosy and warm, really well-equipped, and conveniently located for Katoomba and Blackheath (as long as you have a car).
We love it and will be back next year hopefully!

A small group of friends enjoyed the weekend, particularly visiting the Cultural centre in Springwood to see the performances of the Blue Mountains New Work productions.

We only stayed one night but Black Pine Cottage had everything the five of us needed. Clean and comfortable with a host who made sure we enjoyed out stay. Stefan overcame a problem of our making with generosity and professionalism. If we are visiting the Blue Mountains we'd be staying here again.

My friends and I had a lovely time and wish we'd stayed longer than a night. The cottage was beautifully renovated, extremely comfortable and very clean. The heating was so good we didn't even need to use the fire place. It was in the perfect location too. We'll definitely stay again!

Immaculate place, tastefully renovated and maintained. Super clean. Warm, with really good linen and towels, well equipped with everything one may need: well supplied kitchen, washing machine, warm rails for towels, fire wood, etc. There is a wealth of games and toys - my boy forgot about all about having any screen time. It was perfect for what we needed and very peaceful. Walking distance from the three sisters as well as Scenic World. A 5 min drive to Katoomba main street. I needed to ask a couple of questions and Stephen replied immediately. I cannot recommend this place any better.

Black Pine cottage is great for a group of friends as it has plenty of capacity to sleep up to 6 people and has two bathrooms. Really comfortable beds with great doonas.

Spotless property. Dreadful distorted pictures on Stayz don't do it justice. Its a lovely place. Enormous backyard with swings from the huge old tree which my 11 & 9 year olds loved. Cosy place with central heating and a wood burning fireplace. Would stay again.

My partner and I had a great overnight stay; and we could have more than happily spent much longer there.
The house is perfectly situated to explore all of the local tourist sites and all within walking distance; or jump on a bus which is just opposite the house.
I recommend Stefan's to anyone looking for a pad whilst staying in the mountains.

We were so lucky to get this cottage at the last moment - I'm guessing someone dropped out of the UTA this year, because that very short walk to the start/ finish line was perfect!
Exactly as described, plenty of space, and makes such a difference when you have proper heating on a cold evening (or for a 6am start).
Stef was a great host, and we would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely place with everything a family of 3 - 6 could need: two good sized bedrooms, big backyard with play equipment for kids of various ages, great location (short drive or longer walk from Katoomba town centre or the Three Sisters), well maintained and clean.

We went away for my wife's birthday, and stayed 2 nights at this beautiful cottage. The photos don'do it justice, it was a really beautiful place - extremely clean and had everything we could have asked for. It was quite cold in Katoomba but the cottage was warm, and the doonas on the bed were particularly snug. Would easily recommend this stay, and we look forward to doing it again soon!

Perfect little cottage to stay in with our family. Close to all the sights in Katoomba and a cosy night with the fireplace on. No Wifi, but has all the amenities you'd need

Second visit to this cottage as we love it. The photos don't do it justice. It is warm with the fire going, and really well equipped. Location great for Echo Point, in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. We will be back for a third visit!
