It is a nice cozy studio room The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook The location is close to the train that arrives every 15 mins

The blinds do not shut out the light on shared walkway to enter the room and is quite bright to sleep. Very thin walls, can hear upstairs toilet at night On and off construction of new appt building across the way 10m As another mentioned, the bathroom needs some mould attention

can’t recommend The aggressive lady underneath the unit came up and shouted at us for walking too loudly in the unit ! We are in our 50s and a quiet couple. We could hear every noise from the other units. Door was wide open when we arrived with leaves blown in from outside. They also took a $1000 deposit after if paid in full and asked for photos of my passport license etc! Ruse staff when I queried this.

Great location with access to buses right next to the unit and trains only a 6 min walk away. Quiet complex not too far from beach and lots of cafes in rhvicinity.

Location was good with a car. Also short walk to station.

Would have liked to been advised of 3 flights of 8 stairs, every time we went out they had to be navigated. Frypan was terrible. Black mould showing in grout in bathroom, this is a problem that needs to be rectified properly not just cleaned off. Iron was stained. Glasses were lacking, there was only one wine glass and that was plastic! Oven shelves were dirty, so never used it. Nespresso coffee milk frother base was missing. Bedsides were just tables no drawers.
