Wonderful lady who works there. I came in soaking wet and she immediately offered to put my wet clothing in the dryer (free of charge). The accommodation was extremely good value for money and they could easily charge double for what you get. Comfortable bed, nice shower (without the electric heater, which is important on the islands), clean and best location. Close to the centre but away from the noise. Would definitely stay here again.

The WiFi didn't reach the room and you could only use it around the reception. But hey, there are worse things.

Super clean and really big rooms with comfortable beds. Good location near to everything you need in Santa Cruz and near the Darwin research centre. It is run by a lovely couple who are very friendly, and is good value for money. Would stay here again!

The owner is so friendly and welcoming! Unfortunately, I speak no Spanish and she didn't speak any English but even with the language barrier she was so friendly and accommodating. I was able to extend my stay for 1 more day which was very nice. The wifi was great but I might have been lucky as this is an issue everywhere (you're on an island). The room was clean and comfortable. It's a short 3 min walk to the main street and 15min to the main docks. The location was great! I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

the property is so beautiful, clean, and perfect location for walking to town. It was the perfect first stop for my boyfriend and I during our Galapagos adventure. Esther and Carlos were so kind and helpful as well. Such a romantic little spot for a couple!

Really lovely stay here, it was comfy and clean and felt it was a very good choice for the Galapagos. Well kept with neat garden/ hammocks. Would recommend to anyone. Carlos was really welcoming and was kind enough to book our ferry tickets for us between islands which saved us time. Nice extra touches like fluffy towels, lovely hot showers and the room was spotless and cleaned daily. Fantastic place

Room was quite, clean and spacious. Carlos and his wife are very friendly and organized a taxi to the airport for us.

We booked a twin room with private bathroom. The bathroom was located outside our room, but in the same hallway. Bathroom is a bit outdated, but clean. Shower was not hot.

The room was very clean, the shower had hot water, the AC worked perfectly. It was also a full room for a pretty cheap price and the room was very spacious. No windows which was a bit of a bummer but the rest was great. Also the wifi does not reach the room, and there is no cell network (at least in the room where I was) so you need to go to the patio for network. But it's Galapagos so you probably won't watch Netflix anyway (better things to watch as well)

There wasn't any windows in the room, given this is hard to improve. But the room still felt spacious so not a big deal. Wifi coverage improvement could be nice (to be able to text, check things from the room without having to go outside)

Hostal Sueños Silvestres is in a great location, not too far from Av. Charles Darwin but far enough back for it to be quiet at night. My room was spotlessly clean and the shower was both hot and had good water pressure; a rare find in the Galapagos. Even rarer than that is good wifi, which the Hostal also had - the best I had in my two weeks on the islands which meant I could make bookings for my next destination. I was given a warm welcome by Carlos, even if there was a language barrier, and he arranged a taxi for my to get the airport when is checked out. Would highly recommend.

we booked this place for 1 night. upon arrival, the man an at reception, who didn’t speak English, asked us to pay for the night. we did that and only after he got the money, he took us to the hotel across the stress - Fernandina hotel. when I asked why this is the case, he said “cooperation” and refused to give further details. fernandina hotel was rusty, old, loud and worst of all - had cockroaches everywhere: in the rooms, reception, outside area, dining room…
