Location is really good, super cheap.
You get what you pay for. Not super clean. Room is tiny and very basic. Toilet/shower is very old and dirty. But it's what you pay for!

The family running this property is what makes this place so wonderful, they are extremely wonderful and will help you with anything!

The staff were lovely! Especially the daughter, she spoke English. Very helpful, very kind and very friendly. The location was good! Restaurants, cafes and beaches to the left and the right! A short bus ride to Weligama, location is close to the bus stop! It was easy to travel to other coastal towns from here - we went to Galle, Unawatuna, Weligama, Mirissa, Matara etc all whilst staying here. We ate dinner here and the curry was very delicious! :)
Wi-Fi is advertised but when I tried to look for Wi-Fi there were no options and nothing to connect to. We had no Wi-Fi for the 4 nights of being here. We had internet data so we managed but if you need Wi-Fi for work or rely on it, best to communicate with the hostel first.

My room wasnt clean and I even doubt whether they changed the bed linen. The room smelled mouldy. Two days no internet. Almost everyday I had to ask if they could turn on the water(imagine taking number 2 and there's no water) and the electricity because they were turning off. one of the family member went into my room and took Money out of my wallet and 3 packs of cigarettes. Unbelievable. They act friendly and smiley but it feels like they just want your money. Cheap but not worth it. Spend a few hundreds more and you'll find yourself a nice and clean place

Good location , just across one of the Surf spots(Plantations) , cross the main road and you are there ~3 min. If you are good surfer that spot can work well .
Really nice family that are super helpful .
Room was clean and tidy . had all you need for the price you pay it is a really good value .

Good location - in walking distance to Midigama railway station and close to bus stop. Welcoming helpful staff, cozy room

Lovely basic place held by a charming family. Well located if you like surfing. for that price I 100% recommend!

Great price, great location and a lovely family. Sweet little balcony
Could have been much cleaner, but for the price cant really complain. We just had a little clean when we arrived - however bottom room extremely damp,so we moved to a top floor room

This was the most cheapest I found in the area in booking.com. The property is just off the main beach area which people use for surfing etc. so get to the beach is few steps away.
I thought it was in Weligama but I was wrong, the area is in Midigama which is about few km towards galle. Also I found the room was smelly when it was closed without air flows in. Probably because of the heavily used mattress. Should change and put new beddings.
