+ Fantastic view from the rooftop and very good view from the balcony. + Nice bed + many channels on the Tv and big Tvs in bedroom and living room + Very good internet/Wifi + Spacious rooms + everything you need is provided like towels, bedsheets, cooking equipment ++++ + Nice strong shower

- The sinks in the bathroom are completely useless. They are both formed like a large dinner plates and are very flat so every time i was in the bathroom the water kept overflowing and spilling out on the floor and i ended up with wet feet. This was so annoying that i had to watch how much water i used so it would not flow over. I even began using the kitchen sink to wash my hands! Whoever made those sinks and thought it was a good idea to have flat sinks is a complete moron. - The apartment was not cleaned before i checked in. The floor felt dirty and i found bunch of clothes belonging to some man. I also found long hair alongside the bed frame. After that i had to clean the entire apartment and change bed sheets but i did not even know if they had washed them. I also found huge amounts of dust behind the couch so obviously no one had cleaned this place for a while. - No one will clean the apartment for you so be prepared to do that for yourself. - Nice area but it's far from everything. You either have to rent a vehicle or take taxi every where. - The living room was not comfortable to be in because the refrigator makes some noise which is annoying when you're watching tv or just sitting there. - The neighbour across the hallway kept his front door open often so i could hear him coughing or listening to music when i was in the living room. Another reason why i mostly stayed in my bedroom. I told him one time to close it, he did but a couple of days later it was open again.
