I stayed for 3 nights during a hectic business trip to Athens, so didn't use any of the facilities, but the room was spacious, clean and the bed was REALLY comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and was very quiet.

I would have loved to have used the pool after work, but the pool hours were very limited 10am to 6pm, so it was never open when I was at the hotel. My only real criticism is that the bath was very tall, and because it had fixed glass screens, you had to climb through a gap in the middle. I am only 5 foot 2 so it was a bit of a challenge! For anyone with any limited movement, this would have been impossible, especially as the bath surface was quite slippery. It did not make me feel very safe while getting in/out of the bath/shower. Perhaps a small step stool could be provided to make the transition a little easier.

Had to go back to reception desk to figure out why air conditioning wasn’t working.

Real problem: it is located on a "highway", a road limited at 90 km/h, where Athenians happily drive 120+ km/h with massive motorcycle acceleration. Don't expect to sleep there without earplugs. For the rest, I am unclear where it got its 5th start from. Decent lobby if not a bit small, rooms quite small, pool area under the building almost... Probably more of a 3.5 star. Positive: staff is pleasant (even if they don't know the area much).

The hotel is a 3 star hotel and nothing close to a 5 star hotel as advertised. For what it offers is a bit pricey. The rooms were really small and the faucet was separate from the bathroom which was a bit inconvenient.

Room, breakfast and staff at the reception and the bar in the evening was very good! Great people!

The big street. But almost all hotels are located at that street. Windows which keep out the noise would be nice investment. But other than this: great! And we relaxed 7 nights!

THIS IS A SCAM. it is NOT a 5 star hotel. you will understand once you get to the main door and realise there’s a single person to check you in and carry your bags.

The rooms are tiny. Price for similar quality place in the US is about 100$. Think a bad Marriott courtyard. the rooms were tiny and rundown. we had the suite on the 4 th floor (suite=regular sized hotel room) where the electricity went out several times and we had to call in the team to fix it. Room service was not a daily thing and seemed to be something you have to fight for.

very small room for 2 Person. no footlocker but mini space for clothes . empty Mini Bar even no water very old used towels city View is a street View and very loud. It’s not a place to relaxing.
