Good location and pretty well the pick of the units in the block.Had reasonably good sea views and the sun came in the unit nicely.Quite a comfortable place. Had a good lock up garage. No noise from the other units.One street from Rainbow Bay and coffee shop. Got excellent service from the rental agent Balcony was nice.If going back to coolangatta again would definitely look at going back there again.

Some upgrading and maintenance issues that requires attention in the future. Stove didn’t work well —-looks like the door couldn’t shut properly which mention that it took ages before anything was cooked. Carpet was not good -needs replacement. A repaint wouldn’t go astray. Close to a big building construction site —-had some noise coming from them but not excessive.

it was clean great location had everything we needed and lived up to expectations

no heating it was freezing in the mornings. it needs a potable heater.

Location is great and only 100 m from Snapper Rocks and the beach. You get a small ocean view from the balcony.

The constant noise that cannot be rectified which comes from the exhaust fan in bathroom and toilet is bearable during the day but at night sounds dreadfully loud and NEVER stops. Only minimal amount of mismatched cups and crockery and some cutlery ie 3 teaspoons. Also some of the dishes were dirty on arrival ie wok, bowls and a pot.
