The staff is really friendly and efficient. The food at the restaurant is awesome (specially coulant)

Charming family-run hotel in the mountain village of Cerler. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the hotel had a wonderful old-world feel. It is right in the old part of the village, within easy walking distance of local restaurants and the chair lift. We had one junior suite in the hotel annexe which was spacious, modern and well-designed. It stayed cool without A/C even on the hottest days. Other family members had a twin room in the main hotel; more of a traditional feel, but still very pleasant and a lovely balcony with view of the garden. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfasts; plenty of choice and good quality. Highly recommended

The room in the main hotel was a bit hot and stuffy, but to be fair the weather this summer was exceptionally hot - it would be fine at normal August temperatures.

Well located in Cerler. A short walk to a nice hike in the area (Ruta de las 3 Cascadas), restaurants and in the heart of the historic city center. It also has a very pleasant garden area to have a picnic or a drink after your hike.

It's pricey for what it offers. I've stayed in other hotels around the Pyrenees with similar service and same style of breakfast for half the price. They also wanted to charge for filtered water, which I thought was a bit excessive.

Welcoming and immediately comfortable. People were sweet and rooms were wonderful. Best breakfast we had at a hotel during our trip!

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. The location is great, very convenient. The room was nice and comfortable.
