Good, fresh breakfast. Quiet large room. Excellent restaurant for pizza and meat lovers.

Old carpet in room not good for allergic persons. Shampoo missing. No air-conditioning - however fan well available.

The room was big, very clean with an extremely comfy bed and the shower was excellent. We ate in the bistro and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Breakfast was like many French hotels a buffet but had everything you could want and the produce was very fresh. The staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Second stay at this great little hotel. Its a bit dated but the location is superb, rooms are comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The added bonus is the pizzeria attached to the hotel is exceptional - both in terms of quality and value.

Parking can be a bit tricky

It was friendly service even though we arrived late. It has a nice playground and my child loved it. Good option for families.

The family room is old-fashioned an a renovation would be recommended. Unfortunately, there was an pungent smell of disinfectant so that we first had to ventlate well.

We love staying here. Our room was fabulous and dinner was delicious. The breakfast was terrific too.

The sauna and swimming pool is at the hotel's sister hotel in the same street. This did not take away too much of the experience though, we did enjoy it a lot.

Location was excellent. The breakfast staff were extremely nice. Always welcomed you and said hello, morning. Food was plenty full and fresh. Restaurant food was great, fresh and very tasty.

Room had an extremely foul smell that come and went constantly throughout our stay so had to have windows open to try and dispel the odour. We asked to move rooms but was told there wasn't any available. They stated it was the first time they had experienced anyone complaining about a foul odour but clearly written on the reviews, people have experienced the same. The smell was so rotten it would wake me up in the night so didn't sleep well at all throughout the stay. Certain bar staff were very rude and on one occasion was told to learn to speak French. The hotel stated it was English speaking but had to use Google translate to read the menu. The hotel stated it had a pool or gave the impression it had a pool but there isn't one on site, apparently it is off site within another hotel but trying to locate it was a challenge. One of the main reasons the hotel appealed was to swim on a morning. The pictures of the rooms on the site aren't a true representation, the double room we was put in had 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single sheets. The room itself was very dated, the shower pressure was very weak all of the time and toilet was situated next to the wall so sitting on it was a challenge.

Room was comfortable and restaurants served good food. The hotel is close to the Vianden Castle which we wanted to visit.

Since Vianden is a bit isolated we took a taxi there. It was very expensive and so we arrived a bit early and found the hotel all locked up. We had to wait elsewhere in the hope it was not deserted. However, once we were accommodated all was okay. With the afore said in mind one should take care of transport back to the city in time.

The location, staff and accommodations were perfect. I truly felt like I was in Amsterdam vs some hotel chain.
