The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself luxurious and comfortable. The stay was very near to the airport just walking distance ( 1 stop bus)

good value for money, given this is a hotel in Luxembourg city (airport). The staff were also friendly for a fast and effective check-in. It's the second time I've stayed, so repeat custom.

The walls seem quite thin, so you can hear through from the rooms next door (for example the TV, or the fact that people are chatting). I also noted that in my specific room only 1 TV channel actually worked.

The young man who served dinner in the restaurant on Wednesday (1st March) was extremely cheerful. He worked hard and created a happy atmosphere. The reception and breakfast staff were very pleasant. The location is excellent for its proximity to the airport - an 8 minute walk for me and also handy for the bus.

I stepped into the shower this morning and the the shower gel container was empty! Not a good start to the morning! The food for dinner was adequate, but perhaps a little expensive for what I got. (Perhaps, it's Luxembourg prices).

IT was a Quick one nighter and it had what we needed. The Room was great, Bathroom had everything we needed and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was Great (even though the scrambled eggs might be processed and not 'natural'), All in All really happy for the price for a quick stop over.

This is nothing to do with the hotel, but the roadworks around the hotel was a bit off an annoyance. Something that is a bit more of a personal preference to me, greet new customers in multiple languages not everyone on earth speaks French or maybe ask which language the clients speak, well done on having multilingual staff. :)
