We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel as it was good to walk out to the front and sit in restaurants on the waterfront. Location was excellent, central to everything. Great water views.

The room and bathroom were quite small.

Lovely place. Ana is lovely. Loved the location. Did find it hard to find but when I did it was great. Lovely staff. Gret breakfast. You are near the shops, market and water front. Just a lovely place. The room was lovely. Has a bar in it. mini bar and you pay for what you drink. Lovely breakfast. the team looked after my bags while I had a look around. Plenty of places to ear. Plenty of trendy shops and the market. Good goods to be had.

No elevator in the hotel meant porting our luggage to the second floor through the narrow staircase.

Breakfast was very good. The location was absolutely great - in the old town with our window overlooking a square, and a short walking distance to the bus, train and ferry terminals. Very useful when dragging a heavy case.

Nothing. There are steep stairs and no lift so pack light or ask someone to help carry your case.

Right in the middle of old town Split and lots of room for two people. AC worked well and all was as advertised

Not that I didn’t like anything but I wasn’t expecting the apartment to be separate from the hotel address. It worked well though because the staff carried our luggage and helped us to the apartment after checking in at the hotel. All in all a great experience.

Location is amazing, right in the historic part of Split and a 1/2 block from the water and the Riva (beautiful walkway along the water). The room was a great value, as we needed 3 beds for 4 adults, and the breakfast buffet was fabulous - absolutely everything you could want, including freshly ground and brewed coffee.).

The hotel is in a historic building, so does have 1-2 flights of steps you have to climb to get to your room, if you book one on a higher floor. The room we stayed in was fairly small and a bit outdated in decor.

Location is the best,in the heart of old Town and close to the sea harbor. Staff are amazing. Rooms are fine in Paris standard, small in US stadard, but the view from the room is excellent. Breakfast is ok.

The breakfast was really good, great variety and delicious. The staff were all friendly and very helpful in a crisis. The apartment has a lot of stairs but that is to be expected. The beds are comfortable.

Very tiny for four adults with limited space to sit.

What a find ! The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. The location in Split is also excellent, you are in the centre of everything but the room was very quiet. The breakfast options were perfect, just what we needed to set us up for a day exploring. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Split, highly recommended.

I am using this opportunity to thank our host for the warm welcome, for all the help regarding our transfer to the airport and for the restaurant recommendation. Ten minutes walking distance from the Port of Split and to the airport bus shuttle station, this hotel fulfilled our needs and exceeded our expectations for one night stay.
