Nice breakfast, very central location, near shops and restaurants

Nice breakfast room and confortable beds
The noise in the bedroom : fridge all night long, ventilator of the bathroom could be heard at night
The fridge was dirty
And a terrible smell was coming from the sink (to stop the smell you have to let the water run many times)
And we had to prepare the bed of our child on our own

The hotel is great, in a great location and with excellent staff. This was our second visit, and I have to say that it is always cold! On both visits we have had to request a heater for the room.

The bed had some kind of insects or something else that made my skin and my daugthers itch for a month after our stay, specially on our scalp

The location was okay for the purpose of our visit. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good close to great. The breakfast area is quite nice and the building is very nice I think. Everything is very clean and accessible.
The room's size and the bed. We booked a family room for two adults and two kids. The room was too small and packed! Our bed was two single beds putting beside each other not even attached. So, they keep moving and you found yourself in the crack or on the floor. That was annoying. The kid's bed was a sofa bed. That was just okay.
