La camera si trovava sotto la sala colazioni e sl mattino presto e’ molto difficile riposare.
Il bagno un po’ sacrificato e la porta di vetro che separa la camera non garantisce totale ntimità .

Jag hade nyligen nöjet att bo på Ascot hotell och min upplevelse var helt fantastisk. Från det ögonblick jag klev in genom dörren blev jag varmt välkomnad av personalen, som var otroligt vänliga och professionella och under hela min vistelse. De såg till att varje detalj var perfekt och överträffade mina förväntningar genom att tillgodose alla mina önskemål.
Hotellet ligger på ett fantastiskt läge. Det är beläget på gångavstånd till flera av stadens främsta sevärdheter, som Tivoli, shoppingområden och ett brett utbud av restauranger och kaféer.
Rummen var fläckfria, moderna och välutrustade, vilket gav en bekväm och avkopplande miljö att återvända till efter en dag fylld av sightseeing.
Sammanfattningsvis hade jag en fantastisk vistelse och rekommenderar detta hotell varmt. Kombinationen av enastående service, ett perfekt läge och bekväma rum gör det till ett självklart val för alla som besöker området.

hôtel idéalement situé (on peut tout faire à pied), très bon petit déjeuner, excellente literie, hôtel de charme
chambre un peu petite. Le ménage est fait sur demande donc soit on a la totale avec changement des draps soit c'est rien (même pas le lit fait): à ce prix, je trouve l'argument écologique un peu fallacieux. Le prix du parking est prohibitif: 495kr par jour soit 67€. En 3 jours, ç a représente une nuitée de plus. Je n'avais jamais payé un parking aussi cher...

Das Zimmer ist ist groß genug, leider mit wenig Stauraum. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück war für mich gut.

Excellent location
Room was a little small, breakfast was a little disappointing. I had just finished a 19 day tour through Sweden and Norway so had a lot of hotels to compare the Ascot with.

La ubicación cerca de la estación y del ayuntamiento. El tamaño del baño era bueno.
Habitación muy desfasada, sin remodelar y no se correspondía con las fotos, para llegar a la habitación había que dar muchas vueltas y subir o bajar escaleras, no era accesible. No había enchufes cerca de la cama y una parte estaba encajonada contra la pared, poco espacio en la habitación. El suelo era viejo y en algunas zonas sonaba mucho al andar.

Die Lage so zentral in Kopenhagen ist perfekt. Die Zimmer sind trotzdem ruhig.
Uns hat ein Duschvorleger gefehlt und wir mussten das Handtuch nehmen, um den Boden wieder trocken zu bekommen.

バスタブ付きの部屋をリクエストしたせいか部屋全体が広かった。
趣のある伝統あるホテルなのかもしれないが、備品のポットやバスルームが清潔ではなかった。タオルや部屋自体の匂いが気になった。デンマークの柔軟剤の香りのせいかもしれないが、快適に過ごせなかった。夏休みシーズンが始まった週末のせいか、同じレベルの部屋をリクエストして、2泊でヘルシンキ４泊の価格を上回るほど高額だった。

The location of the hotel is fabulous, very central to all attractions and especially the Train Station. The bar area was a pleasant place to stop and have a drink after a busy day. The bed was very comfortable.
The room was on the top floor which meant there was a sloping ceiling that made the room look very small. The picture of the room type I booked had two full length windows whereas I only had a small window. The bathroom was very dated.

The bathroom was long overdue for a renovation. It was old and tired. The toilet was bolted to the floor but would move around when in use.
The actual room was nice but the bathroom was awful.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer:
Superior Doppelzimmer: Badewanne war neben der Dusche gut gemeint, aber im Schlafzimmer selbst am falschen Ort. Zimmer wurde nicht vollständig gemacht, auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Privates Handtuch wurde aber leider vom Reinigungspersonal eingesammelt.
Normales Doppelzimmer: keine Klimaanlage. Dadurch ziemlich schlechte Luft im Zimmer. Safe zu klein für Laptops.

Posizione perfetta per visitare la citta, letto comodo e stanza ben insonorizzata, buona colazione con offerta di cibo/bevande senza lattosio/senza glutine. Personale gentile, efficiente check-in e check-out nonostante il gran numero di turisti.

Le fait qu’il faille mettre un panneau pour que la chambre soit faite!! Si c’est pas de panneau la chambre n’est pas faite ni le lit ni l’aspirateur et je ne parle pas des serviettes de toilette

Everything about the property was fantastic, location was great! My room was modern and beautiful . The staffs were friendly and very helpful. Shout out to t Daniel at reception for being super pleasant and helpful. I can’t fault their hospitality. I will definitely be back .

The staff was great and so was the location. Its á beautiful hotel, specially the public room downstairs by the lobby. Windows in bedroom were noice repellent.
There was a horrible stench coming from the shower. The bed was very uncomfortable, you sank into it and we slept in a banana shape all the nights causing body aches. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable but we got new pillows after requesting it for the second time, having been refused the first time by a different emloyee.

Lobby interior is fascinating.
We booked a deluxe double room (renovated) on the ground floor, but we got old room with unironed curtains. That was disappointing because we booked a room so much time before our stay and photos looked so nice! The administrator told us that there were no rooms to change because the hotel is full. In addition, it was cold to sleep in the room, especially near the window even we put air conditioning to the maximum (+30).

Location, staff were friendly and Josephine’s bar was great. We were given a two drink voucher for a birthday and this was a lovely touch.
System for house cleaning was inconvenient. No new towels throughout stay. Breakfast prohibitively expensive.
