Spacious room, friendly staff and fabulous location. Would recommend the bar, the drinks were great and it has stunning views of the city. Would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was great and set us up for the day. Something for everyone and all fresh. Staff very attentive. The 17th floor was great. Although we didn’t eat in the restaurant we did have snacks and drinks in the bar area which we loved. We missed the dj as too late and we were shattered but great atmosphere and views. Twin beds very comfortable and lots of cupboard space. A few more hangers would be appreciated. We were upgraded when we arrived to have a larger room and a balcony so very pleased with our large room and views. We even loved the swifts nesting around our balcony. They gave us endless entertainment with their speed and flying skills … a real bonus to us but not sure everyone would appreciate them!

Location good for station and shops and bars but a bit of a trek to river. Although for good tips from hotel reception on route to take to minimise the steep walk back. Would have been nice to have milk in room to make tea (as not coffee drinkers) and with high standards I would have expected dressing gowns and would have been appreciated.

Excellent location for metro links at Trinidad and onwards for car hire (Europcar). Great breakfast, spectacular rooftop bar, very helpful staff when things go wrong (flight cancellation).

The staff were excellent, as were the facilities, overall. The rooms were large with wonderful, panoramic balconies, though the interior lighting was rather dim. Good location. Fair price. Very nice restaurant and lounge. Parking in a massive care park 1 block from the hotel. We’d definitely return on another visit.

The Hotel Dom Henrique was perfect. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the location was very conveniently located without the noise to interrupt a good nights sleep. The television station availability was superb, covering a wide variety of options. We could easily walk to local markets, restaurants, Avenida Dom Afonso Henriques to meet the Hop-on Hop-off buses and São Bento train Station. The staff was more than accommodating for various requests, their restaurant recommendations were spot on, they really went above and beyond, very helpful & knowledgeable. Lastly, their breakfast was extensive and delicious, more like a brunch. We knew little about this property prior to our stay but would highly recommend the stay.

A comfortable modern hotel that was very well situated for a business stay. It is easy to access by car, outside the busy and historic centre of Porto, but within a comfortable walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and the bonus is the amazing roof restaurant and bar with a spectacular view over Porto.

Although it is next to a very convenient parking garage, the price was not included as a hotel guest.

Airy room with open door to small balcony. Good shower and plenty of space. Breakfast was buffet style - very fresh food and nice Portuguese flavours.

Complimentary bottle of water was welcome but pringles/nut bar left on table was not complimentary and should have been called out more clearly or stored in fridge where people expect goods that are used are paid for. Replacement coffee capsules were also charged - I don't drink coffee so didn't bother me personally.

The location is good, not far from tow metro stations. The hotel top restaurant floor offers very nice Porto city view. The breakfast is good too (not at hotel top restaurant floor) .

Not like other 4* rated hotels, the hotel only offers complimentary water at the arriving date.

The hotel doesn't offer a parking. You can park you car in a parking right in front of the Hotel that is pretty expensive.
