The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed a good meal to start our day with lots of choices every morning. Although I choose to eat mainly glutin free there was still enough choice. with the eggs, yogurt, meat, cheese and fruit. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They were quick to respond to our requests.

My only suggestion would be that the carpet in our room could be cleaned or replaced as there was a slight smell and anyone looking for a soft mattress may be unhappy. This hotel is also part of a building with buainesses on the first levels and that does not have a secure front door so people should be aware of that.

The location of the hotel is in the avenue where all the luxury brands are located, so I immediately felt safe and knew that I was in a prime location. I appreciated the staff who were all friendly and accommodating - a five-star hotel treatment. In the photos, the rooms looked really dated; however, it retains the charm of the hotel - being "old" yet preserved. they could remove the wallpaper to add a bit of modernity to it. the subway is a few steps away so there is always a form of transport.

I appreciate the breakfast inclusion, but staying for more than 3 nights with the same food tended to be repetitive, however, the value for money is topnotch, so this is more of a request.

The location is perfect, and you don't really expect to find a hotel like this in such a place. Price i slower than average in this district.

Location is very good, although among the most expensive shops in Lisbon. Nice old building with elevator.

Breakfast was ok for one day, for 4 is way too much. Gets boring, choice is very limited. Eggs weren't too tasty, it also seemed that tap water was served. Some soft music in the background would bring a bit more friendly atmosphere.

Racist staff member at reception. 2 minutes into checking-in and he was already telling me my hometown was "dangerous" because "there are too many Indians and Pakistanis living there". This is despicable racism and should not be tolerated. I urge prospective guests, especially non-European ones, to stay away from this hotel because obviously there is a lot of racial prejudice in here.

The location of the hotel was good. Close to the city centre. Easy to get around.

From the are room we could hear the noise. Like people coming and going. Phone calls at the reception.

The hotel isn't fancy, but it's in an amazing location at a great price. Although it doesn't have any food options onsite, there is a mini-mart around the corner and several dining opportunities nearby.

My neighbors were loud and unruly, and allowed their kids to scream and run through the hotel. I had hoped that the person at the front desk would have dealt with it.

Staff was nice and friendly and the location was also convenient (with a nearby metro station and walking distance to main attractions). Room service gave us clean towels every day and made our bed too. I really appreciated it :)

Our room was very small and stuffy. I could also hear other people behind the wall which was not nice - especially in the middle of the night (as if they were banging on our wall). Our bed was squeaking… I can’t say I am fully satisfied with the stay.
