My room had separate toilet and bathroom which made it easy to share with my friend .

El gimnasio muy bien equipado, limpio y comodo, alguna maquina extremadamente antigua, pero sin duda mucho mejor que el de muchos hoteles y el spa también muy completo e interesante.
La habitación estaba realmente bien de tamaño, el baño tal vez un poco antiguo e incomodo, muy mejorable para un hotel de 5*. El desayuno, muy variado y abundante, pero la calidad de la materia prima me esperaba algo mucho mejor.

Decent breakfast, big bed and dark room.
Despite booking high floor executive double room was only granted access to sauna/steam (not part of hotel itself) that was single gendered so could not attend with my gf. Bath had plug missing so could not sit inside and have proper bath.

Ficamos num 18 andar, deu para ver todos os fogos de artifício da passagem de ano, foi incrível. A limpeza estava impecável, com acesso a água e maçãs na receção e no SPA. Espaço de SPA muito agradável.

The room was very nice and clean. The spa was better than our expectation! The breakfast vas varied and the staff was more than nice.

The location
The carpets in both rooms were filthy.
The rooms were not ready at check checkin time. Did not offer to store the bags and only confirmed ready when we chased them half hour later. Would have been kept waiting otherwise. The toilet flooded the bathroom but as hotel full could not be moved. Eventually repaired, then stopped flushing. No other room with twin beds available so had to use the toilet in the room next door.
Two meals ordered via room service. Only one came and had to wait for the second meal. After complaint, was not charged for the meal. A discount was provided for room with broken toilet.

At check in the reception guy tried to push a tour to make his commission and he was adamant about it. It is unacceptable ml

Our room was on the side of the building that when windy the wind whistles through the window frame. Didn't sleep one night and others where interrupted sleep.

Pool. How is it possible that a 5 stars hotel has a shared pool with a public gym?!
Also, it's a bit degradated.
