Excellent outside area and outside swimming pool. Apartment was very roomy and comfortable with excellent facilities. Was close to plenty of restaurants and wine bars.
Lack of a cafe or restaurant for snack food and coffee, rather than having to go up to the apartment or walk to a cafe which was about 20 minutes away. This would avoid having to release our Sun beds as the rules would not allow you to reserve it with towels.

Vista do apartamento, simpatia dos funcionários. Instalações muito limpas, apartamento amplo. Estacionamento privativo. Excelente SPA.
Insonorizarão podia ser melhor. Pouca loiça na cozinha para o dia a dia.

O apartamento é espaçoso e tem todos os utensílios necessários para fazer as refeições.
Todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestáveis.
A limpeza também é boa e o facto de deixarem sempre uma pastilha para a máquina de lavar loiça é uma mais valia.
O espaço exterior está cuidado e a piscina é muito agradável.
De não ter cortinados e os blackouts serem insuficientes para não deixar entrar imensa luz, principalmente na sala, onde está o sofá cama.
O sofá cama é muito desconfortável.
O barulho que se ouve, tanto entre apartamentos, como do exterior.

Big and spacious room, private wellness swimming pool and the view.
Sofa bed was old and not comfortable enough, it make noise when we lay down on the mattress.
Swimming pool open at 10am, will be better earlier so we can swim in the morning.

Ubicación muy buena como base para moverse por Algarve. Apartamentos muy cómodos y limpios. Buenas. Terrazas e instalaciones.
Solo echamos de menos algún sitio para tomar algo o comer algo los días que no apetece cocinar

Mucha tranquilidad a cualquier hora, las vistas sobre todo por la noche, la limpieza, el buen servicio del personal. Es un apartamento muy amplio, súper cómodo.
La piscina genial, con mucho sitio con tumbonas al sol y sombra así que puedes escoger.
Nos llevamos una muy buena experiencia.

La piscina y spa
Muchos insectos cucarachas y hormigas, ademas la cama auxiliar miy oncomoda no caben 2 orrsonas y las almohadas no son comodas.

Las instalaciones de la piscina con tumbonas, chaiselonge, cenador. Ambiente familiar propicio para los niños.
Además, le cayó al niño un líquido en la cama, solicitamos un cambio de sábanas y nos lo hicieron con mucha amabilidad.
Por poner algo pocos productos de limpieza disponibles para que el huésped pueda realizar su limpieza mínima de diario del apartamento. No había ni bayeta de cocina , ni paño (lo trajeron el segundo día), una sola pastilla de lavavajillas... Sin ser un impedimento grave sí echamos en falta eso.

A quite spacious and clean apartment. The staff are very friendly. There is a secure car garage. The balcony view is very nice.
They take a deposit of 250€ upon check-in, fortunately they refund it immediately upon check-out. There is no restaurant nearby that you can reach on foot.

The seagulls have been really loud early morning but that’s nothing to do with the hotel.

I liked the locations of the apartment, it was a 2 minute drive from the main beach and town centre where all the main bars and restaurants are in Praia Da Rocha.
The apartment was very spacious, comfortable beds and good amenities.
I didn't quite enjoy the view as much as I thought I would.
The check in was at 4pm so it was quite late and the check out was at 10am...

Spacious apartment, great location although best for longer stays than a day
The appartement was a bit hot and we didn't want to switch on the air con. The sheets need a bit more cotton in the thread

Very poor Wi-Fi.
Far too few sunloungers at pool.
10am check out.
€250 deposit on arrival, though quickly returned on departure.

The size of the apartment, the location, the underground parking, the ease of the reception. We had an issue with our key which was resolved promptly. The wonderful view.
A dishwasher tablet ( we were only there 3 nights) so that we could use the dishwasher which would help the house keeping team. A bit of washing up liquid and a dish cloth. Please find some other way to protect the mattress other than a plastic sheet, horrible.

The apartment was amazing. Beyond imagination. Also the apartment was exceptional for the price.
The location. It felt like it's quite out from the city center. Difficult to commute to the prime spots. Not much to eat or do nearby.
