Bed was comfortable.

Kids running up and down the corridor, noise from rooms overhead. Price was outrageous at €268 for one night with no breakfast included, we saw on booking.com it was slashed to €167 the next night (Easter Sunday), we really felt this hotel was way overpriced for our stay. Went to make use of the leisure facilities and the steam room not working. Our room was comfortable but basic for this price, we also lost an hour and this was not reflected in the price, no nice view of the sea.

the location and the room were lovely. We marked the hotel down because of the abysmal service at breakfast. On the first day we were never offered tea/coffee or toast. On the second day other residents were very vocal about the long wait for both but we were once again offered neither

Super friendly and helpful staff, and the rooms were spotless.

Food was amazing, facilities were wonderful however it was the staff that made our stay so special. As for the location, just a slice of heaven…..

The rooms were very hot and stuffy. However the lovely staff provided fans for our rooms to help us out.

Good reception service, good ocean fitness and breakfast service. The location is great. and we really enjoyed the cocktail from bar.

the staff told us we can heat our food but another staff told us we can’t cuz the kitchen is busy and the food is from outside. And we hang the ‘plz help us clean’ tag out but nobody clean up the room. At least the room has a subtle weird smell, like body smell. But except that everything’s fine!

A bit jaded and tea/coffee/water could be better for a four star star. A magnifying mirror in bathroom also would be good for those of us with age related long sightedness etc

Bar staff and waiting staff no so nice got order wrong 4 times left waiting over 40 mins for food my sister joined us so there was 5 of us 2 adults 3 kids got our food and was gave 15mins to eat it cause it was 8.50 and they close at 9 very bad service all they wanted was to clear our plates finished or not we didn't eat in hotel on second night because of this but reception staff so so nice

The room service for breakfast arrived on time & everything that was requested was delivered with great service. Great sea view with early morning sun-shine. Spacious clean room with tea & coffee. Comfortable large bed.

We were told we couldn't book a table for two in the Prom restaurant due to a lack of staff yet we were able to book a table on-line.

Everything. There's nothing to complain about at all. Bus stop directly outside into the city makes it very easy.

hotel is overrated for its price. probably it was a nice hotel in the past, but the room is currently old and carpet was dirty.

The food was unreal and the staff were very nice.

The room didn't look like the room advertised I booked a king size superior room with sea view, The view was beautiful but the bed was 2 single beds pushed together, still got a good sleep. Also the pints of beer in the bar were flat.

We arrived at 1pm. Didn't get our room till 3pm. I'm sure there were other rooms that were available at this time. The Anniversary Package was not worth the money. We couldn't even eat the desert that was put out, it was covered in Rum. Very disappointed.
