Breakfast was good, basic options - all good. The room was comfy and clean with lots of room to move about. Fell in love with the luxurious bathroom towels! Staff was so helpful and kind, going out of their way to help us find a place to have dinner on a holiday weekend.

C’est notre second passage dans ce charmant hôtel et tout y est impeccable. La,chambre est spacieuse, le lit est super confortable, la salle de bain avec grande douche est parfaite et le petit,dejeuner est complet. L’hôtel est très silencieux et le parking est très sécurisant pour pour notre voiture et son contenu. Le,personnel est charmant et avenant.

Ma compagne,a juste remarqué l’absence de douchette à main dans la,douche mais cet oubli sera oublé lors,des prochaines rénovations de cet été.

Das Hotel (ruhige Lage) liegt ca 6 km außerhalb der Stadt - im Vorort Alzingen. Allerdings gibt es einen kostenlosen Busverkehr. Haltestelle schräg gegenüber des Hotels. Die Busse (mehrere Linien) fahren sehr häufig in ca. 10 Min. zum Hauptbahnhof. Optimal. Kostenlose Tiefgarage. Diese durften wir bereits vor dem offiziellen Check-in benutzen. Vielen Dank dafür. Aufzug bis in die Tiefgarage. Leckeres abwechslungsreiches Frühstück - sehr guter Kaffee! In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es einige gute Restaurants.

Im Badezimmer wenig Ablagefläche neben dem Spülbecken. Das Duschwasser lief aufgrund der ebenerdigen Dusche bis ins Badezimmer. Keine Handbrause. Der Duft im Zimmer war sehr stark. Das gefällt nicht jedem!

Garaje subterráneo privado del hotel para vehículos de todos los tamaños con acceso de ascensor y check-in 24 horas. Buffet de desayuno muy completo con todo lo necesario. Muy apto para familias y parejas, no muy lejos de las principales rutas de salida por carretera y autovías. Incluso muy bien comunicado por bus, gratuíto. Habitaciones acogedoras y cómodas con cafetera de cápsulas y te, nevera y mini bar gratuito. Recomendable y muy buena calidad precio

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. An Eierspeisen gab es Rührei. Croisants wurden um 9.00 Uhr nicht mehr aufgefüllt.Das aufgeschnittene Obst hätte etwas frischer sein können, lieber anfangs etwas weniger aufschneiden und noch einal frisch nachlegen. Es gab aber genügend Obst in der Obstschale. Gute Erreichbarkeit vom Hotel in die Innenstadt.

Quiet location. The breakfast was good, enough choice. Rather a small hotel, not too big. It looks more like a family hotel.

The ceiling in my bathroom, the paint dissolves…for this price needs to be repainted/repaired.

We were on the top floor (3rd floor) and the WiFi signal was basically absent. It was never good enough to check emails let alone anything more data intensive. I raised this with the staff after the first night, and again at checkout. I asked for the hotel to cover the costs of the extra data we had to purchase( just 15 Euro) but they refused. If you are going to sell a room and say it has Wi-Fi, you have to follow through and provide the service, or compensate your customers out of pocket expenses. The other issue with the room was that it was uncomfortably hot and there was no air conditioning.

Good sized rooms. Complimentary drinks in mini fridge. Good breakfast.

Exterior was a bit functional. Location was in suburbs and not near centre.

Great location - close to the centre and good access. Very friendly and helpful staff. French breakfast - not too much choice but sufficient and tasty. Room spacious with kitchen and large bathroom. Convenient parking under the hotel.

Room facing the street - not very soundproofed - you can hear passing cars. Not very thoroughly cleaned - crumbs on carpet. Coffee machine not cleaned for a very long time - water container green from algae.

This lovely hotel is conveniently connected to Luxembourg’s centre by free public buses. It has all you need: garage, decent breakfast, cosy bed. Especially I want to express our respect to Regina who sincerely and efficiently helped us during our stay in the hotel

The TV is shamefully small for such a big room.

Good breakfast, very helpful staff, comfortable beds, great access to public transport.

Wife was apprehensive when we pulled up to hotel- did not look very nice from street. Was very happy when we went inside and were greeted by staff.
