Que je me suis retrouvé sans eau chaude tout le weekend jusqu'à notre départ donc lorsque vous venez dans un spa après avoir passé un quart d'heure dans un hammam ainsi qu'une piscine et que vous rentrez dans votre logement il y a aucun eau chaude jusqu'à nouvel ordre je peux vous dire que vous êtes énormément déçu j'attends aujourd'hui le remboursement de la totalité de mon séjour comme ils l'ont dit qu'ils allaient en prendre compte pour tous les clients malheureusement qui était logé dans les appartements et qui ne bénéficiait pas de ballons d'eau chaude ce que je ne trouve pas ça normal car une certaine partie comme les maisons ave l'accès à un ballon d'eau chaude je trouve ça vraiment dommage que lorsque ce genre d'incident arrive qu'il ne trouve pas une solution de suite pour satisfaire sa clientèle sachant que certains clients ont été reloger dans les maisons et que d'autres sont restés comme moi sans eau chaude du samedi au dimanche je leur souhaite vraiment que cela ne se reproduise plus car vraiment ça leur fait perdre de la valeur surtout pour un hôtel premium spa merci.

The apartment size was perfect, very well furnished, big terrace with nice sea view, plenty of towels, a shower room and a bathroom, 2 toilets, fully equiped kitchen, - we were very comfortable. Pool with beautiful view. Parking, spa, plenty of activities around.
it was hot to sleep, and no blackouts. thats the only items to improve.

I missed two nights already paid because of transport and getting to the place with childen. I was expecting to have some kind of rearrangement and adjustment or discount with payment but unfortunately the hotel was not flexible at all. customer care was not appropriate in this instance as a result we spent mmmorre than the budget.

Really lovely house had everything we needed. Outdoor pool was lovely and warm (May) Staff very friendly. You can order bread for breakfast each morning. Lovely setting
There is no cafe or bar which would have been handy as restaurants in town were very busy to fit a family at the weekend and a lot were closed Monday to Wednesday

Nice facilities, good location. It's a relatively small domain, which makes it cozy.
Plenty of things to do with kids on a short distance by car.
Staff is nice and friendly.
There is no restaurant or shop onsite. You can walk into town (10-15 minutes walk) where you'll find supermarkets. If you want to go to a restaurant is the town you better reserve. When we were there it felt like every single restaurant was full.
The communication pre-travel was awfull. You get messages through booking with links that do not work. When you call the phone nr's indicated in the communication you'll ve told they can't help you because you booked through booking. Some of the replies I got were rude, and when you complain by mail they din't answer.
Try to call the domain in france directly. The staff onsite is competent and friendly, which can't be said of the central staff.

calm and beautiful location with wonderful views to the ocean and Houlgate town down the hill, green gardens around. The beach is perfect - was not too crowded in July, the town - very cosy, with several places to eat and a great fish market for your own cooking experience.
we informed about our late arrival time but no one sent us any answer or instructions and once we came there was no one to give us the keys. If not another couple, who arrived at the same time and had a phone message from the reception with codes how to get the keys from the locked box, we would have been left without a room until the morning

This is not a minus as it is up to each hotel if they provide food services but should be consider at least breakfast and a little bar with coffe and drinks.. because a supermarket it is a little but far.

The view was excellent.
The lodging was really comfortable.
The spa area was agreeable and a tandem massage was most relaxing and well needed, although 20 Min's was a little short so next time it will be longer.
Our lodging over looked the swimming pool. So we had no privacy. There were times when it was a bit noisy.
The balconies were very close and there again, no privacy.
The swimming pool had a drainage system that was noisy at night time.
A 25 min walk into town, something to bear in mind if you don't have a car.

Some furniture refreshment is needed, space quite limited for a 6 persons house, garden and terrace need to be properly cleaned up ( small rodents around). A coffee / drinks place would be lovely :-)

The guest houses are nice, cosy and clean with ample space.
Good pool and good fitness, but a bit small (4 machines)
Nice beach in walking distance, if you are fit.
Nice small town.
Kitchen inventory is not performed between guests, so we missed several ordinary items, but the receptionist is nice and helpfull.

Spectacular view, lovely pool, great little playground for kids, comfortable beds. Kitchen neat and fully stocked.
