Reception was incredibly kind and helpful

Room is incredibly small, smelled of cigarettes, television was only in french and bed linens were stained.

I cannot sleep wel, cause of smell to cigarette..

the staff was nice, automatic check in was good although I had to call ahead of time to get the code which was nowhere to be seen on my Booking reservation. The price was OK. Location ok too. There was soap in the room. Ok breakfast

no towels, disgusting bed cover with many very visible body fluid stains, many people right outside the room in the middle of the night making it simply impossible to sleep. Poor communication from the hotel when I called

the heater was only loosely attached to the wall and fell down in the middle of the night. the mattress was super uncomfortable.

The best thing I like is parking which is ample. Other thing is staff was very comfortable and good.

Room are small in physical.

Need renovations

The only thing I liked was that out of all the options it was one of the cheapest.

Firstly, the location is awful, there are no buses/trains/metro nearby. If you wait for a bus it will take 30 minutes for it to arrive. And also you have to walk up the hill for 10 minutes to get to the hotel. Secondly, the room was tiny, it was smaller than in the photos. Thirdly, there were no photos of the bathroom for a reason. It was tiny, dirty, and broken. In addition to all that the air conditioning was broken and it felt like my friend and I were sleeping in hell. Oh, and also the hotel worker yelled at my friend when she asked for an additional blanket (despite the fact that we indicated at the time of booking that we need 2 of them). All in all, it was not worth the money that we paid.

Free Parking and the manager (male) I met on the first day. Cleaning staff were good and greeting.

The other female manager was not friendly, raising the voice, not smiling and the reception was locked when required. Very tiny room which was called double room, no ceiling light, room was very dark. Air condition was not working.

Nothing to like(!)

Rooms are dirty. And the worst: they smells like cigarettes (!!!!) Do not stop here.

poor location, very hard to reach with a camper breakfast was disappointing staff was poorly informed rooms were not ready - no sheets, missing pillows

bathroom is too too small. Room is also cramped. Lavatory is too small to wash face.

It was clean and easy to check in. Great place for overnight stay.

The coffe could be better and guests could be provided with towels.
