Good value for money. For a stop over more than okay.

Everything was very standard and all necessary needs were met. The staff was super helpful when we asked for a hairdryer and extra pillows. Although the room faced a busy street, only one bus to get to the city center, great insulation prevented any noise from entering the room. Breakfast was an optional service we were happy to have had.

Everything was very standard. Just enough to be adequate and not an increment of luxury. Very minimal space in room and bathroom. No balcony. Only vending machines for food and drink service throughout the day.

Things I didn't like were the following: There was no drinking water available in the rooms Towels were not enough for two people so I had to get down and ask the reception for more when I asked for cups they gave me two and not more

The quality price is good for this hotel, clean and comfortable bed and good mattress, for this 3 stars definitely you cannot wait more, we had no breakfast included. A minus is the distance to the downtown, but the good point is the bus station is just in the front, that's good for the tourists. The staff was very helpful and really kind, I asked for some documents and they provided everything as requested!

Nothing special to complain, out of the city center distance, maybe the bathroom is a bit small, but let's not forget that is a budget hotel...

Blocked basin waste. So slow to drain that scum rose up when you poured water into the basin.

Low price, bus right outside the hotel to city centre, very pleasant and helpful staff, cleaning lady did a great job, good breakfast, very quiet room with very comfortable beds.

Breakfast was good; well stocked. Underground parking for both safety and security

Location, location,location. Not easy to get to; not easy to access; area is somewhat ‘rugged’ and bus connection although a short distance from the city center, run only in 30-minute intervals.

Triple room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Bathroom is good and functional. Location is excellent, right beside the highway. Parking is very practical in the building.

Breakfast is not good, the scramble eggs need to be heated in the microwave and the options are very limited. The drink machine was broken and the supermarket closed on Sunday so be aware to bring some basic supplies. Suitcase must be in the middle of the room, not really a corner or designated place for it.

When we got there we were told there wasn't a room for us despite confirming our check in time by e-mail more than a week before. It was one of the only rooms that weren't renovated and it smelled like mold, blood stains on the wall, mold all over the bathroom. My partner thinks they got sick because of the mold

The receptionist Jacqueline was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Lyon. We would recommend taking a city tour with the Dutch tour guide Paul (I think thats his name) great knowledge off Lyon - super guy. 😀
