The personnel of the hotel were very nice and helpful. The breakfast area was in a very nice setting with ceramic lamps and a comfortable atmosphere. It had a hominess feeling to it. Beautiful view of the city from our attic apartment. Highly recommended to those who want to spend a weekend to a full week in Bautzen and explore the area. We had a great time. Many thanks for the hospitality! :-)

Really nice bed and breakfast. Everything had great quality. We really enjoyed staying there.

The room was cold when we checked in. We had to turn the radiators on and wait a bit for it to heat. I would appreciate if the heating was turned on before we arrive.

This is a charming old building in a pleasant residential neighborhood, within walking distance of the Old Town Center. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Sitting on the patio in the afternoon is pleasant, even on the hottest summer days.

Be aware that -- like most places in Europe -- there is no air conditioning and no elevator. Walking up 3 flights of stairs to get to one's room can get old. I was there during a summer heat wave, so my room got pretty warm, and I spent a lot of time out on the patio where there was at least a breeze.

Breakfast was awesome!! All personnel were friendly. Some spoke English really well. When I told them we had to leave before breakfast, they offered us a bagged breakfast which was fantastic. Our in laws live in Bautzen so we will be back!! We had a large air conditioned room. Very clean room and breakfast area. Close to restaurants, grocery, clothing stores.

Since we were there for 5 days we would have liked a small refrigerator in the room.

The internet was very fast. The breakfast was plentiful. The Villa itself is very attractive and pleasant. The location is ideal. The staff was friendly.

I was on the attic floor, which was very hot. This can't be avoided from the perspective of the hotel. And the room included a large fan. But during the summer heat (30C+), it is sticky upstairs.

We stayed at the roof and it was extremely hot. there were no air conditioning, though the room was comfortable, we could not open the windows as there were no mosquito curtains

Very good location for exploring the historical center. The villa is located in a residential area and looks very nice. We had a room in the attic which was very quiet, large, and comfortable, with lots of character. The temperature outside had dropped, but the heating worked well and there was an extra blanket stored in the room, so there was no need to ask for that.

The room had carpet, which I am not a fan of because of allergies. Other than that, everything was fine.

Nice hotel, located in a quiet area not very far from the center. We arrived in the evening before 20:00 and there was no staff onsite, however, they contacted us prior to arrival and provided us with a code for the box to get the key. Free parking.
