Indirekte Beleuchtung im Badezimmer. Frühstück war sehr gut. Freundliches Personal!

Großartige Lage, keine zwei Minuten von der zentralen Haltestelle Darmstadt-Schloss entfernt und vom Hauptbahnhof mit mehreren Linien schnell zu erreichen. Ich bin außerdem ein Fan von der großen Duschkabine mit Regen-Duschkopf und auch das Bett war sehr bequem. Unschlagbar war das Frühstücksbuffet wo wirklich für jeden Geschmack was dabei war!
Für die Bezeichnung "Superior" und den Preis fällt das Zimmer etwas stickig und recht klein aus. Die Position der Kleiderstange ist recht ungünstig gewählt, da man auf dem Weg zwischen Bad und Bett immer gegen die Kleiderbügel stößt. Dazu kam bei uns, dass in der Nacht immer wieder ein lautes Brummen und andere laute Geräusche aus dem Stockwerk darunter (wir waren im 1. Stock, kam also wohl aus einem Betriebsraum im Erdgeschoss) zu hören war und uns geweckt hat.

Absolut phantastisches Frühstück (riesige Auswahl, schöne Aussicht, nettes Personal), überall sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter (Rezeption, Restaurant, Frühstücksbuffet), Abendessen im Restaurant auch sehr fein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent hotel: Superb location, very professional check in, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, bars incl. terrace, car garage etc.
Everything was perfect, except possibly for missing coffee machine and refrigerator.

The hotel is located in the center of the interesting sites. It is modern clean and very functional.
There was nothing about the hotel to dislike.

The hotel was located perfectly with the city centre and direct airport bus literally on the door step! Very clean overall, decent size room for the three of us adults. Really good breakfast buffet with lots of options and super friendly and helpful staff.
Weak AC which made our stay slightly uncomfortable at times. Would have liked a mini fridge in our room given it was an "Executive Room". Also would have been good to have an option for English audio/subtitles on the TV.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and we loved the hotel. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect and the staff were fantastic. Our German is not good but the staff all spoke good English which made us feel at home. The food was extremely good, the room clean was very comfortable and tidy.
We will be staying at the Welcome Hotel again
The breakfast whilst very good was a little expensive. We really could not find any faults with the Hotel

the staff was very helpful and friendly during the entire stay in all hours of the day. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Overall i enjoyed the stay very much.
There was no coffee/tea in he room which i would have enjoyed when coming back from a long work day. All other facilities were very nice.

Easy and uncomplicated check in and check out. All our special requests for the payment in advance have been addressed. Just 2 steps away from the university. A restaurant on the site. Good quality food for breakfast. Coffee available outside of the breakfast hours. Easy public transport access. Modern room.
The bar closes at 12 AM and the restaurant was closed on Monday at 10 PM. A rather unfriendly waiter in the connected to the hotel restaurant at the dinner.

The breakfast was excellent as was the staff in the breakfast area. The receptionists where fast at check in and check out and very friendly. The room was clean and everything met expectations.

Breakfast was superb, staff attentive and accommodating. Decor was smart and clean. Dinner restaurant and bar was excellent. Perfect location to TU, city center for dining and shopping, as well as historical sites.
