In middle of the town. No parking problems.

Parking for guests should be for free. Were on 4th floor where walls were not straight through which getting in and out of bed was not easy without bumping your head. Information in the room about hotel layout, use of WiFi, and TV was not present.

The location is amazing.

Breakfast was quite good, but I would say that Grandhotel Imperial Pytloun offers much better one. For example quality of coffee or vegetable selection should be better.

Close distance to jiz50 bus stop.

The room and bed was very small. Bathroom door locker was broken.Ventilation full of dust.The bathroom shell was stuck.In the shampoo was filled with water,impossible to wash. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel to anyone,even for one night.

Everything was good (except one thing): nice room (small but cute), good bed, nice bathroom, beautiful hotel itself - exceptional design. Nice breakfast - good variety. Good choice of drinks for breakfast (which is rare). I can not tell that the reception managers were friendly. Oh well. Although I appreciate that they let us stay or hour more (after check out time), because we had to finish our calls. Location is exceptional - literally 5 minutes to the main square.

The handle in a bathroom was broken. The huge disappointment for me was the fact that the parking was not for free. The price is around 16-18 euros (400 czk). And in general it is ok to ask money for everything, but no one in the reception desk even noticed that. They registered car and kept silence. if you are in a 4* hotel and receptionist does not tell you a word about the paid parking - I suppose it to be free. It was a huge disappointment in the morning which ruined the whole nice aftertaste about the hotel. And the reception manager was rude.

The hotel is very stylish and clean. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was pretty good, but not great.

I think stating clearly which amenities are available only for a surcharge would be more honest. I wasn't aware gym, jacuzzi and carpark access was not included in the final price. If I were, I probably would choose a different hotel.

Very nice hotel in a great location - just next to the castle, 5 minute on foot to the market square. Polite and friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. Kettle in the room, some coffee and tea too. Safe and nice view included. Parking next to the hotel priced moderately. Breakfast was rich and tasty.

Hard to say... Maybe restaurant could be opened but it was off the season and a great hospoda is just on the corner.

Gluten free breakfast available. Sadly only on two from 3 breakfasts I paid. I have many food restrictions and it made the breakfast not really worth paying for. But the breakfast staff was always kind and professional.

I paid more than 5000czk for 3 nights with breakfast. The spa was booked. The hotel restaurant too. The view from my room was parking lots. The water was yellow during 35 minutes. The soap dispenser almost empty. On the reception each time I asked where I can find attractions to do, restaurants or lounge bars to go to ...the magical answer was ,,around the corner,,. Honestly around the corners I did not see much. I visited Liberec for the first time so I had no idea how far around the corner things are. It should have been the work of the reception staff to know where and give recommendations. Also when I asked about the tram connections, they didn't know which trams operate which directions. I'm disappointed by them. It's supposed to be a four star hotel. The hotel is gorgeous and classy but the reception staff lacks interest in their jobs. Not being able to give clear directions and recommendations, talking with nonchalant tone and always making me feel like I bore them... I will so, not return there and not recommend this hotel. It's sad because some of the people working there are very invested in what they do. But others are really paid in the wind as it seams. The service of a four star hotel should not only consist in the apparences of class, it should also provide care and interest into making all their guest feel good and looked after.
