Excellent and various breakfast, few meters from the beach, staff (not reception) is very helpful and attentive

Outdated rooms, dirty bathroom, noisy neighbors and in general the door is so thin you can hear everything and everyone. The staff on the reception is just neutral, no any parking spots available in front of the hotel to grab stuff

Room was clean and modern, with a very large balcony. We are on the fifth floor and had a nice view. The location was perfect, two blocks from the beach. Breakfast was the standard as expected at these hotels. The rooftop bar and pool were great.

They charge for coffee in the room as they have espresso machines. I’m used to coffee being complimentary in the rooms.

The room was very nice, very comfortable. Not a lot to say when things go alright, right? Clean, comfortable, good shower pressure and temperature, good blinds (very dark at night so it helps for sleeping in), and the balcony was nice.

So there were two things I didn't like that much. One was that the air conditioning was a bit... well, let's puit it this way: the room kept a barely comfortable temperature if all the blinds were kept down and there was nobody inside for hours, while keeping the setting at 16 degrees. Then, perhaps, the temperature inside was 23 deg (with ~33 deg outside). If, however, you wanted the blinds to be up (so, sunlight coming in), then there was no way to have the temperature inside below, say 26 deg. We didn't mind too much because during the day we were normally outside anyways, but... not cool. Also, the balcony had a light that couldn't be turned off. No biggy, but I didn't like that sitting in the balcony had to be a synonym to being on display; I also like a bit sitting in the dark there... Anywho, no big deal; everything else was great.

breakfast staff all very friendly couldnt do enough for you . very pleasent Staff. booked all my taxis to and from airport and up into prato without a hitch .

better chairs on balcony . couldnt get me a room on the friday so we could extend our stay lol .

Modernly equipped hotel, close to the beach, in the city center. We have been going here to relax for several years. The staff is very nice. When you sit on the balcony with a glass of wine in the evening, you will want to come here again and again.
