The location is fantastic, whether you want to cross the street to go to the beach or to enjoy the promenade walking. The reception team is very helpful and in particular Noelia and Begoña stand out with their service with a smile and professionalism. The restaurant Idé is also wonderful, calm atmosphere, great dishes and professional service.

The fact that it is under renovation is a big nuisance, hammering goes on every day during the weekdays. We stayed for 7 nights. Only one elevator in the ground floor can be used, which for a 9-floor hotel makes things difficult. Also, the atmosphere at the breakfast buffet is quite chaotic. The service ladies keep slamming plates and cutlery to stock up, which makes the eating experience unbearable frankly, in stark contrast with the peace and quiet of the restaurant below.

Modern, relaxed hotel, close to the beach and restaurants and bus stop. Easy walk into the centre along the waterfront.

Refurbishment ongoing at the front so not able to fully appreciate the communal areas but looked nearly finished and a high standard.

the property was well located opposite the beautiful Cadiz beach

there were significant repairs being carried out outside the front of the property which we were not informed of prior to our stay. it was messy, unsightly and noisy

The location is excellent as it overlooks the beach and has spectacular views of the sea. Whilst, breakfast is well worth the money. It has a wide variety of dishes to choose from and the bakery choices are excellent along with the different types of coffee you can choose from.

the beach was great. we got out of the room and spent 2 hours watching the gorgeous sunset from a place on the beach. the staff tried but the whole hotel is very cavalier with European privacy laws.

it was under construction. there were no rooms on the beach side. the garage was grungy and not easy to get into. the room didn’t feel good. the breakfast was not as good as any of the other places we stayed
