El desayuno aunque no tuviera la variedad de los hoteles grandes era suficiente y de una calidad muy muy buena.
Tienen que acabar de reformarlo.

Estaba muy bien ubicado, fácil acceso a todo
No nos gustó que al llegar a nuestra prevista habitación , pedimos una cama doble como preferencia, y nos dieron una de cama separadas, y la bañera era diminuta, prácticamente para un bebé.
La habitación parecía vieja, y no era lo que esperábamos, ni para lo que habíamos pagado.
Inmediatamente fuimos y solicitamos un cambio de habitación, con la cama doble, y al final tras unos minutos de espera,, nos la pudieron dar, y esa habitación si que cumplió nuestras expectativas.

Habitación muy cutre y muy sucio con un olor insoportable y le hemos avisado a resepsionist aún que tenia habitaciones disponible no han cambiado la habitación y personal muy mal educado.
Tampoco nos devolvieron dinero y tuvimos que cambiar de hotel presentando una hoja de reclamación

Super emplacement de l'hôtel, proche du Paseo et de la longue et belle plage bordée de commerces et de glaciers.

We loved the air con and the big room with a balcony. Staff were really helpful and kind. Cleaners were fabulous. Wellness treatments were wonderful and proximity to beach is fantastic.
The twin beds were not that comfortable but it was acceptable.

The breakfast was lovely part from a little bit repetitive.Maybe less scrambled egg and more boiled or fried eggs would have made a change and maybe a few yogurt added on but apart from that it was lovely and fresh with plenty options on breads and juices coffee and teas .overall very happy
The only one thing I didn’t like is the showers in the rooms were very confined when Entering as the sliding doors were tight and not been a twig(athlete) of a man it would be nice if larger showers were available.

The location is exceptional, in the middle of everything, direct access to the water, and a small.cute pool. The food great, variated, tasty, and well priced
I saw, found, and killed a huge cuckaroach coming from under the bed. The room was clean, and I could not complain, but those critters need deep care because they contaminate environments easily

This is a beautiful hotel, in the center and close to the beach with a very nice pool; friendly reception, very nice room, and rich breakfast buffer; Salads missing! The hotel is in the very beautiful beach area, unfortunately the sea was dirty, maybe after heavy rainstorms, it is right in the restaurant and pubs area and 2 minutes from Salou bus station

-A lot of ice cream places nearby were closed forcing us to get a taxi to the centre
-Restaurant menu items weren't appealing at all and could do with a refresh
-Had a rowdy group above our room who were making excessive noise at 3am one night
-Swimming pool could be bigger and more child appealing

Amazing breakfast, perfect location in the heart of the little city. Swimming pool and the beach is really close. Everything was nice.

I visit family so the location is perfect for me this is the main reason I chose this hotel . the Irish lady on reception was lovely. very chatty and always remembered my name

Staff is okay and friendly
Shame they don't take advantage of their location. Reception and breakfast/dining room needs updating, as I thought they did a few years ago. I thought they did updates, however, it looks like they only did the outside. The room itself was okay, although the layout of the bathroom they never thought about. Those who design, need to tryout before modification.
