No exact information about parking: it's price & the distance from the hotel. The distance is rather big for people with health problems & I'd prefer to know the price before booking , not when coming there. No information about the air conditioner control. It was very warm in the room at night and we couldn't manage the air conditioner ourselves.They say it is managed remotely by the staff & we had to call them at night.

The tv didn't work. I wish we had twin beds, not double. The overall first impression of the hotel wasn't great. The interior was very, very small. But after the initial meet everything was fine. we should be able to rate with half stars.

Central location, close to Palazzo della Ragione, the university and Cappella degli Scrovegni. Bus 6/10 run from Teatro Verdi to the train station. Friendly staff at reception and breakfast.

Room was fine but there was a bit of noise from outside as there is a big student population in the city. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful and nice.

The location was good, midway between train station and center of town, in a safe location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good.

The room was a bit dated. The bathroom was interesting, as the shower was located between the toilet and the sink, so that the entire small narrow bathroom essentially became a shower stall during a shower. I removed all my belongings and towels from the bathroom before taking a shower so it was not an issue and nothing got wet. The toilet paper was partially protected from the water, but still got wet during showers. Although it was odd, it worked just fine and made for an interesting story!
