The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was on the bike path between Albertville and Annecy. Bike storage in a garage. Nice views of the Alps.

The breakfast was excellent and of great quality, including bacon and scrambled eggs. The bedding was very comfortable, the room quiet, and above all, the staff were attentive, warm, helpful and making you feel at home.
Silent room mini-bar. Beautiful views, especially from the restaurant, which is also very pleasant.
The electric heating in the bathroom was not great, and the furniture/decoration is a bit dated, but not a problem, as everything works fine and is very clean. The hotel is out of town, you definitely need a car, and there is nothing around it of interest (no shops, etc)

Cleaning done after 1st night, and exceptional guy at reception desk
No furniture in the balcony, not even the smallest table and 2 lousy chairs, and most of all the fact they advertise on Booking their super restaurant which was closed in Aug:((( this was my main/only reason for choosing this particular hotel... Plus there is NO other restaurant in walking distance- absolutely inconvenient

The hotel was really very good staff v friendly good location, very C19 secure and v secure generally. Beautiful alpine style and v pretty dining room- super clean very comfortable beds and bed linen just no air conditioning in our room and as it was a very hot evening it wasn’t good. Manager couldn’t have been more accommodating. Otherwise 10/10. Would be v cozy in winter.
Lack of Air conditioning only a problem in the summer but manager very apologetic
