Good location, nice views, very friendly staff, and excellent food.

The hotel is in the center of Moutier. Very friendly staff. I loved it. Very clean and comfortable beds. I liked the restaurant.

The hotel is a bit shabby. Carpets in the rooms need extra cleaning. They were not dirty or smth. It is just the old stains gave me not a good feeling. We booked three rooms and one of them was too dark.

Price is ok, restaurant and breakfast not tested.

Hotel is quite old, and there is no air conditioning!! In summer is a disaster! wi-fi is poor

I’d informed them of a late arrival and got an automated response saying that for an arrival post 10pm to contact them the day of arrival for check-in instructions. After 2 emails to them the day of arrival with no response, I was forced to make an international call to them to make sure I wasn’t stranded. The staff were pretty average throughout, hardly the warmth and friendliness of other reviews.

Breakfast was very lovely! This is the 4th time we’ve stayed here… it such a good stop over.

The rooms were large and well equipped and modern. The hotel is well appointed and good value for money. My room had an excellent view and balcony overlooking the main square.

The restaurant was very poorly run. The owners left 3 young people to run the very busy Hotel, the Bar and a Restaurant that was very difficult to service because of the distance (not to mention a road) between the hotel and the outdoor seating area. The service was extremely slow. It took ages to order a beer and when it eventually arrived it was unopened so impossible to drink. It took an age to get the attention of someone to take an order and the food was extremely poor when it finally arrived, fries were black and burnt and my duck dish was so overcooked it was hard and difficult to eat. I would have sacked the so called chef on the spot if they served up food like this. The staff tried their best to keep everything running in an almost impossible situation. My inexperienced stand in waiter was embarrassed that he could not provide better service.

Great location for a stopover on route to the alps. Easily walkable to the supermarket, bakery and local restaurants. Very speedy check in and checkout.

Room was very dated, and scruffy with an awful view over some drains - not like the pictures on the site or worth the money spent. Shower often switched from freezing cold to boiling hot. No soap in the soap dispenser. On check-in, staff gave us no information - only gave us the keys and room number, so we weren't made aware of breakfast or dinner availabilities.

Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast were excellent. We were very satisfied 🙃

There was a slight mix up regarding rooms as another party had the same surname! But the hotel was very quick to resolve the issue and were so polite and helpful. Thank you also for an amazing meal.
