This was a stay for our 5 year wedding anniversary, we have so many memories here and our stay didn’t disappoint

Easy parking on site and friendly team

A little tired in places and rooms can be cold

spa was onreal best we been to

breakfast wasent all that but the room and the spa over powered that but I haven’t been to any hotel with a good breakfast really so that’s neither here or there

Food pretty poor , meal for party night - v poor ,smoked salmon tasted like coleslaw with a few bits of salmon in it, main meal fish and veg very bland as if had been steamed together then served onto the plate. Breakfast both food and service poor, had to ask for a glass for the juice ,but then jug empty so ask for juice, ask for toast ,then a plate to put it on, eggs like bullets nothing freshly cooked, no choice for continental just 1 piece of cake, bacon pale andstaff clearing stuff away when people still coming in

Friendly staff lovely spacious rooms , clean everything you need .

Mattress was on the soft side for us but still comfy.

These two minor points by no means negatively impacted on my trip. 1. No still bottled water in room. 2. The disposable serviettes used at breakfast let down an otherwise fabulous table lay.

The hotel had a very comfortable and homely feel, staff where welcoming and friendly. The hotel was spotless clean and the bedroom was very comfortable. Plenty of parking.

the staff were a pleasure and very accommodating, the food is exceptional, the location is quiet and tranquil and the rooms are lovely. great value for money and I would highly recommend.

The hotel is ok, warm and reasonably comfortable.

This hotel was crowded and noisy as there was a wedding reception going on during the weekend of our stay. I am assuming that this is a wedding venue and therefore it may be advisable to check when booking, to see if there are any events going on at the weekend. The room we were allocated was up two flights of stairs in an attic. It was ok but we could still hear the thud thud of music until about 11pm. The bathroom had mould in some of the grouting of the tiles, which was a little off putting. The location is within an industrial estate which may not be to everyone's taste. I would not stay in this hotel again.
