Good location and the food in the restaurant although very limited choice was well cooked and tasted very good, chefs and restaurant staff seemed to be doing their best with very limited resources.

There are only 21 sunbeds when there are hundreds of guests, this has not been addressed by management but they have decided to spend money making the reception area look more plush… Nobody comes on holiday to sit in a reception area or to look at pretty lights round the pool, they want to enjoy relaxing by the pool on a sunbed not lying on the ground. After 5 days of no luck trying to get a sunbed I finally got one on day 6 only to have the hotel start building works about 3 meters away from the pool area, industrial digger and machine breaking up concrete all day so you could barely hear yourself think, this is when the hotel is full, total disregard for the guests experience and furthermore absolutely no explanation or apology from management. Spend some money making the bathrooms more clean and hygienic, spend some money on facilities like cutlery so nobody has to sit with food going cold waiting for the cutlary to arrive. Yes this hotel is cheap but that doesn’t mean they cant provide a good experience if they really wanted. They care about how it looks for the photos and advertising but they really could care less about the comfort of your stay. I didnt waste my time complaining to staff as at the end of the day they are not in control of where the budget is spent however on the occasion where i needed their assistance with printing my boarding pass I was spoken to like i was an idiot by the elderly man at reception, he was rude and patronising and to be honest that was more disappointing than anything else because politeness costs nothing and to show such disdaine for your guests is in my opinion just sums up the attitude of this place, they simply do not care about the guests experience.

Petit déjeuner très moyen, buffet mal organisé et pas propre, personnel a la cuisson des crêpes et oeufs pas très aimable et service beaucoup trop lent. Jus d'orange en boîte infecte. Pas de crêpes marocaine ni de harcha dommage.

Ligging. Mooi park, vlakbij zee en strand. Ontbijt was redelijk. Personeel niet overdreven vriendelijk. Vanuit het hotel kon je veel dingen, excursies regelen. Wordt top geregeld!

Sanitair is zeker aan vernieuwing toe. Handdoeken waren schaars. Voorraad handdoeken bij zwembad ook slecht.

Pool, Gym, decent half board considering the reasonable price. Good location. Doesn't open up onto the beach but 5-6min walk to the beach. In an ideal location for access to the best part of the seafront promenade. Good atmosphere in the pool area. Great lighting. Nice balcony. Comfy pillows. Bidet in bathroom is helpful. Good communication with staff.

Sometimes, not enough cutlery at meal times..No safe in the room. No 'Do Not disturb sign' in the room..juice machine at breakfast, sometimes the mix of water and juice is not quite right. Likewise on last day, hot chocolate was basically brown water. Single beds are comfortable but smaller than normal single beds.
