Not a lot of things to do, not many restaurants around, very very far from public transport, 25 minutes taxi ride from latina station.

Very modern hotel, spotlessly clean in all public areas. The restaurant was very stylish overlooking the beach and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful despite being the only ones at breakfast as the hotel was closing for Christmas.

The beach was a mess but as I said the hotel was closing for Christmas.

Friendly receptionists. However they seems to be pretty under staffed. There was no one helping with the luggages. Room was clean and well equipped. Great breakfast

The place and the area is extremely boring!!!

The room was nice and comfortable. We had room with the view on the sea - wow, great for evening chilling. It would be nice if on balcony, there was some hanger for beach towels to dry during night. The bathroom was small but functional. It was super clean everywhere. The breakfast was nice (not typical italian), but with bread, ham, cheese, a lot of fruits, juices and so on. The staff in the reception was super friendly and speak english excellent. We checked out really early and got breakfast to go as we missed the standard one. It was very kind from the hotel to provide it, although it was typical italian (cakes, juice, water and apple), but still a good one to grab on the way to the airport. Thanks a lot for the stay!

The room door aren't soundproof and in the evening you can here everything from the corridor.

The staff is very friendly, especially the lady and the man at the reception have been speaking the best English I have ever heard in Italy! Daily changing lunch menus with very delicious dishes. The restaurant is also very recommended and changes the many daily, as well! The location is just great! You see the sea from the breakfast/lunch/dining area. The rooms are very well conditioned!

Brand new, freshly renovated hotel, super clean with a particularly friendly staff. Everyone was treating the guests with respect and dignity. Everything possible has been done for us to feel comfortable and relaxed. A special big thanks to Marilyn at the reception desk for her highly professional service and efficiency. Always patient and approachable with her nice smile. Plus, all my bows to the chef Teresa for her absolutely delicious fish, just next level! Grazie!

Breakfast and location is ok.

I expected better service for the price. We had to pay an extra EUR 20 / day for having 2 beds and a sunshad on the beach, they even told us where we could stay. Very disappointing.

Right on the beach, great breakfast (Italian, American and German), helpful and accommodating staff. An absolutely great location for visiting the Latina area. Parking was great as well.

The people & service were excellent and the front desk went out of their way to be accommodating. Location right on the beach was exceptional.

It was early in the season but the room was tired, needed painting and the shower /tub wasn't quite working. Exterior was also in need of refreshing after the winter. Offering 4 star accommodations was a bit of an oversell as the restaurant also wasn't open and much of the Town was still waiting for summer.
