Everything was good, suited me. TBH, been there before so it's a walk to the beach. Food and drink is good, food exceptional from my experience. Good mix of peeps, staff brilliant. Only down side, which is highly critical is the bathrooms are outdated

We had a lovely stay here and the staff were very welcoming and friendly 5*****. Rooms clean and the hotels location meant that it was so easy to visit all the best places of interest. We would stay again. Recommended. *****

Absolutelly nothing. My most unpleasant stay in a hotel.
I didnt like that the beach was 2.5 km away from the hotel but during reservation it was mentioned that it was only 650 meters. Big difference so false information.
The hotel could not provide cold coffe beverages i had to go out and find by myself.
My wife is pregnant and i politelly asked to bring some plates to eat in the room but the stuff repplied is forbidden.
Also during my stay i did not have internet connection at all. The hotel stuff they changed us room but the problem never sold. They clearly adverstise free wife but 2 days i could not connect to do my daily job. The problem never solved offcourse. They advise me to wait one day. The problem remain. Also the water from the shower was salty. I have no idea if they use seawater or what kind of water but i have not me and my wife and my little kid make any shower for 2 days. Thats embarassing.
What else to mention. For sure my most unpleasant stay in my life. For what they offer the price also is rediculously expensive.

Pool was nice
WiFi was very bad. It was working only in some areas near the pool and at the restaurant. No wifi in any part of our room.

The staff was super friendly and willing to help, always smiling.
The room was cleaned daily and also we got new towels everyday.
The parking lot near the hotel was ideal.
The food was delicious, everyday there was a different menu: a variation pf salads, cooked meals, pies, soups every evening etc.
The water was salted and we weren’t able to wash properly. You need to wash the salty water from the sea. I totally understand how water works on the island, but we were in different locations and the water was fine, not salted.

Late booking due to arrival time. The room was large, comfortable and had a lovely bathroom. Seating area outside and direct to pool.
The decor wasn’t to our taste. It wouldn’t be a place I would stay a long time.
The location on the map on Booking.com is incorrect. It states it’s in the main town when actually it is out of town and a good 15mins walk in. Felt this was misrepresented.

The meals were Greek and international desserts were tasty and inventive lots of salads and pastries too.
Beds could of been better mattresses. Though clean.

the superior room was very good. we loved the deckchairs and being easy access to the pool area.
free will appreciated the free shuttle bus to the beach.
Couldn’t have late check out because we had a night flight. we were by the pool all day and nobody else checked into our room before we left.

The food is quite on the level. I enjoyed especially dinners
All the employees were very friendly. I would like to thank Fabio and Dimitri. They have helped us tremendously during our 2 weeks stay at Filoxenia.
The location was a bit far from the beach. But it is not the problem if you have scooter. So: very minor thing.

The restaurant is very small with queus and despite the short variety the taste was good
The animator was very nice and gentle and the pools nice
Lost in the middle of Zante with very bad connexions to the city center.
At night they don't have any activities. The 4* hotel only offers shuttle to Tsivili beach 4 times per day and nothing for Zante. You must calculate 24e both ways by taxi if you are lucky with the driver.
The hotel is from the 90s and would benefit from a reform.
The alcoholic offer at the bar is really really bad. Cheap unkown brands. For the known ones you need to pay extra and no alcohol served after 11 even if you have the "all included" pack.

Most staff were very friendly! Very good value for money - you get what you pay for and for the price it exceeded expectations. Good location, 15 mins from the airport and 15 minutes to the main town by taxi, and 10 minute walk into local town. The room was a great size with two double beds and 1 single, which for two people is amazing.
In comparison to other all inclusive holidays the selection of food wasn’t as great, and I would struggle to have three meals a day here due to the selection and atmosphere. Alcoholic drinks tasted a little watered down?? Also the WiFi wasn’t very reliable if that’s important for you.

Rooms are good, beds are comfortable. Restaurant meal is also good, but it could be more choice at the breakfast. Location is perfect (if you have a car). Recommend!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Overall we had a good stay.
The hotel is a bit further than expected from the beach, but it offers a shuttle service to get there which was very nice

The room was clean. They changed the towels they never replace the the toiletries.

The mobile signal was inexistent and the wifi didnt work at all in the room.
The distance to the beach was longer than it was specified on the booking description. Not 650 m !!!! 1.5-1.8 km !!!
We didn’t stay all day at the hotel and one night at 23.15 they didnt want to give us drinks -sodas…

Breakfast is decent.
Old facilities with very basic amenities. Staff was helpful but this is not enough. Next day we moved to a different 4* hotel that is amazing paying almost the same rate. The hotel's photos on booking are with beautification filters!

Limitation to all inclusive drinks and being told not allowed drinks at 10.50pm even though cut off is 11pm.

The Food was good,with plenty of choice,the Location is a bit outside the Village but not too far so as to create a problem and there is a Shuttle Bus to take people to the Beach if they want to go.
The free WiFi could have been better,as it was quite annoying to have to constantly logon
