Location, the room, the staff.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were kind. The room had everything we needed and the location was just in the center and close to everything 😊

The location of this property is in the city center, but somehow in a backyard, which means you have a lot of silence. The room is especially nice, large enough, with everything you need. Clean, the bathroom is nice, large shower cabin mirrors everywhere. The design is pretty, with intelligent lights. Air conditioning, fridge, flat-screen TV. We spent there a nice day but you can stay longer.
I don't wanna mention anything because would be unfair.

The checking in by getting the key from safe box is very practically.
The parking is in the way of improvement so for a while will working site in front of hotel.

The staff was very nice and welcoming.
One of the rooms supposed to be a double bed bedroom but when we arrived we were told that we will get a room with 2 twin beds instead. We weren't notified in advance. We got a small discount as a compensation but it was disappointing.

The room was fully equipped with all necessary stuff.
The location was very close to the city center - basically in 2 min you were there.
The room was also very clean + the nice & quiet location of the room + balcony.

The pictures on “booking” are nice.
- they say they accept animals, when in fact they don’t
- I discussed with them when I booked an apartment that we are 4 people ( 2adults & 2 children) but at the arrival they overcharded us because we were 4
- the apartment is a room with high sealing, with a build in staircase
- they don’t have their own reception nor their own restaurant (these belong to Hotel Sugas)
