The AC is very cold, ,❤️ the inner rooms which is QUIET and is DARK so the sun won't hit your face.

All beds should come with a comforter or a thick blanket, only 1 flat sheet, had to request a blanket was one size-small & bathroom should be put a bath Matt because when you take a shower the water spills out to the toilet floor area and the whole bathroom floor is all wet they only give you 2 towels in a sealed bag only. Bathroom shampoo and conditioner the dispenser is hard to use the button it gets stuck and nothing comes out so was annoying and the shower gel and shampoo not good products as well. And the constant ANNOYING flickering the light on and off in bathroom is a pain especially when your going to bathroom real early in the morning and your half asleep

AC is very cold, room is dark (inner rooms) if you don't like noise and the natural sun to come inside the room and wake you up

No comforter had ti ask for blanket which is thin as well shampoo & soap dispenser had to use the button gets stuck, no bath Matt floor gets completely wey in bathroom, the on and off automatically light in bathroom is annoying constantly flickering with any movement, and more variety of tv channels more Spanish channels none are in English.

Super nice and helpful staff! They let us leave our backpacks in luggage storage for few days meanwhile we were out of the city. Moreover they were always willing to answer our questions about Guayaquil. Hot water in the shower - that wasn't really common in other places.

We were sleeping in two different rooms, one was having a window in the room and that was okay, but the first one we were sleeping at had only a small one in the bathroom - that made the room totally humid. The socket in both was only in the bathroom.

The personal was really great. They even allowed us to store some luggage when we left Guayaquil for a while. Very helpful when we had questions or problems.
