Just the location

From the cleanliness and not existent amenities to decor and food were absolutely terrible. For a 4star hotel the service staff should be more alert and helpful. The rooms need serious tlc and the food is of poor quality. They even wanted to charge me for asking greek coffee for breakfast. 4star not...probably 2star at its best.

From the moment we stepped inside the hotel we were made to feel extremely welcome. We arrived earlier than expected and our room was already available - perfect spot overlooking the pool and restaurant/terrace and perfect place to sit and watch the sun go down. Our room was extremely clean and tidy and the lovely toiletries and non alcoholic beverages in the fridge were a very nice touch. Kettle for tea and coffee was quickly provided on request. The receptionists were very helpful and knowledgeable about Athens and the surrounding area. The staff in the restaurant were outstanding, the food was of a very high quality and nothing was too much trouble - you only had to ask. The hotel was in the perfect location for our stay and cannot wait to come back next year.

The pool was a little cold but to be honest rather refreshing after a day site -seeing in the beautiful city of Athens. To be honest there was nothing to dislike.

The Property is a proper hotel with all the required facilities. Everything about it is very nice.

The hotel is in a lovely residential location, close to a large mall. The room was spacious and the two main beds were very comfortable, The staff was kind and helpful. I requested a late check out and they offered me to stay longer than I requested, for no extra charge. The children had lots of fun in the pool, and there are lots of loungers available for adults.

The 3rd bed in the room was very hard and uncomfortable. In the morning, the cleaners were very loud talking to each other in the corridor and woke us up much earlier than needed.

1. the move detector for the electrical power in the room. in the night I couldn’t recharge my devices. 2. there was a small step towards the bathroom and I couldn’t go alone with my wheelchair. 3. I felt uncomfortable when two days after my check out they called my to charge my more because they’ve done a mistake at my payment.

Nice pool and good breakfast. Location was good for us as we were going to concert at Olympic stadium. For exploring Athens it is not a good location.

Safe deposit was not working. I complained nobody fixed it. Asked for extra pillows never got them.
