Close to the airport.

Bathroom was dirty - especially the shower. We didn’t even want to use the shower. We also got scammed by a taxi on the way to this hotel - not the hotels fault but be aware since it technically isn’t in Naples.

Very clean and staff are lovely they went out of their way to help us. staff spoke little English but used a translate app and everything was understood between us. The rooms are very clean and close to the airport cost about 30€ taxi from the airport

They were kind enough to open up the breakfast to me before the scheduled time.

It was advertised as having an airport shuttle and a mini-fridge. There was no mini-fridge. Apparently the airport shuttle was not included in the booking price which was not clear to me at the time of booking. On top of that, the shuttle for a fee was only certain hours and outside of those hours the staff just call a friend and charge whatever they want (I was told 25 euros by the night staff and 20 euros for the morning staff. With limited Italian and exhaustion, I was unable to figure out what the pricing likely should have been to make sure I was being charged fairly.

The location is just great - only 15 minutes from the airport by car. As a side effect the rooms are a bit noisy. The hotel is located in the direct projection of the airport runway. The planes fly just 50 meters over the roof. Neverless with windows closed and ear plugs I slept very good. All facilities, especially rooms are clean. Excellent room maids! 24h reception! Free parking available which is really a big plus in Naples! The hotel is located in a shopping center. There is a steak house, burger restaurant, BK and movie theater within 2 minutes walking distance.

Breakfast was very limited. Italian basic standard. But it gets you started for the day. The staff (only Italian speaking) was always willing to help but seemed to be a bit unorganized. Basic things were missing at the breakfast buffet, i. e. knifes, plates, cups. For example, cereal was offered but there was no milk nor a bowl for cereal available. When asked the staff provided these things. The bar was open in the evening but with only a few drinks to choose. The shower in the room worked but needs an update. If you just need a place to sleep and do sightseeing this hotel fufills your needs!

It´s very near the airport, perfect for the last night in Italy.

ok… here I tell you guys.. if you plan to book here prepare to pay a lot for taxi to Napoli area cuz the Casoria is out side Napoli region will cost extra, nothing against the hotel just the location need to fit the needs of the trip.

About 10 minutes from the airport. Shops and places to eat nearby. Bed was comfy

Was dirty, curtain stairs. Bathroom door was coming off the wall, shower was filthy and hardly worked. Wouldn't want to eat here. Walls were discusting and stained.

The attitude of the hotel was very unfriendly.... Our trip was canceled due to the Italian strike. We were very sad... it wasn´t our fault, so why we had to pay 100%.

Location is good. You have to have the car (taxi is not cheap!), hotel offers the free parking. Room is clean and bed is cosy. Good bathroom, nice shower (water pressure is ok). Breakfast is not rich, but enough to fill the stomach.

Hotel has very good rooms with soundproof windows, but airplanes are landing/taking off just above the building, so get ready :) Not a big deal, the night is quite calm.

Handy for Airport (although disappointed by rip-off taxis at Naples Airport) Clean room, basic but comfortable, bathroom/shower run down and needs modernisation, no issue with early morning 2am check-in. Overall good value for the price.

Shower fixture broken and showe lr cubicle in poor state. Poor breakfast selection, no eggs, fruit etc.

I can't think of many good things to say about this hotel. The proximity to the airport was the biggest pro but it wasn'tt even that close and there was no shuttle available even though that was advertised in the description.

We stayed here because we had an early flight the following day and we wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport. We decided on this hotel because we read that there was a shuttle to the airport available as indicated in their description and on their site. However, when we arrived we were advised that there was no shuttle available and we had no choice but to take a 45 euro taxi to the airport the next day. That was very disappointing. Also, it was mentioned that breakfast would be included with our stay but it was not. The rooms were dirty, messy, the beds were not made properly, the towels were hardly folded, and the shower was a disaster. Stains were found on sheets and towels. Staff was not that kind. No elevator, we were stuck bringing bags up with no help from staff. Would really not recommend staying here.

Very near to airport and car rental so its very convenient to take early morning or late night flights. Big mall just next door you can get good food too

The staff was welcoming and professional. The hotel itself was clean and comforting. I liked the convenience to the neighboring stores and restaurants.

Staff tried their best to help using Google translate. They arranged the taxi for us to the airport for a reasonable price.

Not the cleanest of places considering the price we paid. Reaching here from the airport which is less than 4kms is a real pain. No public transport and all taxis are trying to exploit visitors here.

The reception secured a taxi for us. We had some translation issues, but we worked them out. Manager was very helpful.

We had to be at the airport for an early flight and the hot water was not working in our room.
