Dziwią mnie negatywne komentarze. Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone , duży wybór dań i to smacznych. Pokój czysty i cichy. Personel miły. Czegóż chcieć więcej. Może tylko to, że hotel jest oddalony od centrum ale komunikacja miejska sprawdza się.

Bardzo dobre, urozmaicone śniadanie, a rano - obudził nas zapach świeżego pieczywa:-) Uczynny pan z recepcji przyszedł rozwiązać problem z odbiornikiem TV. Czyściutko, baaardzo wygodny materac!
Pokoik niewielki, okna przysłonięte drewnianymi szczebelkami elewacji. Ale hotel był na nocleg, a nie jako miejsce dziennego pobytu, więc nie miało to większego znaczenia.

the bed sheets was still dirty. bed uncomfortable. the wall so thin that you can hear everything was people in other room is talking. the room was dirty as well (even hole on the floor covered with carpet). shower was broken. the lamp on table was not working…

Location
not very clean room and bathroom, they call a bed 120cm a “double bed” which is ridiculous, the curtains on windows and the windows were very bad quality, iron board and iron not available (as it said it will be)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking was a godsend in this town.
Walls are paper-thin. The lamp next to the bed couldn't even be connected to electricity as the outlet was too far away. The keycard rarely worked.

The staff at the reception are unprofessionals who do not give a damn about the client. The hotel manager is gone for the weekend and there is absolutely no control. The guy at the reception on Sunday morning (1.8) was completely inadequate.

Clean, comfy beds, nice shower.
The doors are difficult to open. Doorframe is loose and falling aoart. Some of the breakfast items (eggs) were not ready, and others were not fresh (lettuce, cucumbers, peppers).
The elevator is located in the basement and not accessible from the street - a big problem when you have several heavy suitcases. The receptionist dismissed my complaint and said it was my problem. Luckily I got to the manager who called help and brought these suitcases up.

There is no such. Maybe close to the centre.
Dirty window, is not possible to see through. But if it does, you can see dirty ruins only. There is no sunshine wall only in 10 m . Is not possible to open the window. No restaurant, no bar, no minibar in the room, two ruined bad, terrible pillow.
We booked in the Boutique I, not here, got the room here and had no time to cancel.
