Great location, nice rooms, friendly staff who are available 24 hours. Two pools with swim up bar on property.

The roof top adult only pool was the highlight! Although more steps into the pool would be appreciated by older guests. Breakfast was good. Being down in the back cottages was quiet and very comfortable.

Just the slippery tiles in front reception, especially after rain. The sun on them in the morning also is very glary!

A great stay, most enjoyable. The staff are wonderful and the facilities are perfect. The only downside is that the sports bar out the front can get noisy.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. Infact I think thosr pictures must be of a different hotel. We were put in a really old room where the decoration must have been done over 20 years ago. The bed creaked very loud every time you moved, the room had very bad lighting. It reminded me of the rooms i paid $5 for back 23 years ago when i was backpacking.

Location is pretty decent, close to all and most importantly, to the beach.

Ohhh where do I start.... Pictures on the ad are totally deceiving. The room that was given to us is totally bogus, it's garden view cottage which is super duper outdated and dirty. Sheets were super dirty and smelly. Bathroom is also dirty and pretty much the whole room. I wouldn't book this place ever again. Pictures I took will sure explain it all.

The location is great, close to beach shops etc The staff was very friendly and always helpful.

The room was a little bit dirty, and bedsheets were stinks. I couldn't sleep for the first night but then told the staff early morning, and they changed it straight away.

Rooftop pool was incredible! Best way to spend the afternoon, price was excellent and breakfast was delish!

Some things were a little rundown and the pillow was worse than a towel stuffed in a pillowcase ... But for the price it's well worth it!
