Beautiful location, the rooms are very specious, clean and have perfect views on the lake. The staff is superb, they make you feel at home. They offer really nice horseriding trips in the hills surrounding the three lakes.

Great location on Routa 7 but not as close to Lago Negro as you would think. Doesn't work to have a quick dip. Dinner is good compared to hostels but not to the level you expect at room rates like this. That said, breakfast is prefect and the best we had on a 14 day trip. Go to Patagonia Acres up the road for best value for money, they had better service, food, views, bathing beach, similar comfort at half the price.

Wi-Fi only within a meter of reception area and really poor. Best just to say you don't offer it. Dinner service was very slow. No fault of staff as there simply wasn't enough. The greedy owner should get more staff at this price. Dusty areas which could be forgiven at a reasonable price, and overall the place has great potential but you will be bitterly disappointed given the rates you pay. Go to Patagonia Acres up the road for best value for money, they had better service, food, views, bathing beach, similar comfort at half the price.

Had a problem with the car and couldn’t get there, they didn’t even answer our calls and mails after they refused to give us back our money.

Amazing scenery, great food and very friendly people. Excellent place to do excursions arranged by the hotel and relax after.

Leaving after four nights

Amazing place! In comparing with all other hotels this one is totally fantastic. First of all - very cozy and comfortable homes with fireplace. You can enjoy with view of the lake through glass walls Food. It’s really high cuisine. Chef from New York and you really can enjoy every piece of food. Service. We had horse trip, kayak, zip line and all of this in one hotel, and not only this. You can choose what ever you want! And horses, there are a lot of them free living in the hotel territory Thank you, for this rest
