a quick cab ride into town for food but the on-site restaurant is top notch serving a variety of dishes so we were able to have three vegetarian dinners there without going into town during the long days of summer they could equip rooms with dark blinds over and above the plain blinds. I’m a light sleeper so had to use eye flaps due to the use of lots of concrete wifi is spotty in the rooms so have to sit in the common area which is plenty comfortably to get good Connectivity

Very beautiful hotel located outside the hustle city with an amazing view towards the sea and the mountain ranges, clean and comfortable.

Very expensive for what you get. Also hot tubs didn’t work and breakfast was rather simple for a hotel at that price level.

restaurant is limited in card, half of it is not available. no chicken, no kings crab, no avocado, no lamb…… and at breakfast no yoghurt left…….no coffee at 11:00am as they had to clean the floors before their lunch ……customers have bad luck. first night they could not accommodate us in the restaurant before 2100, as a group would occupy them. Finally they accepted us at 2000. as only half of the tables were occupied……. this poor service I would not expect for such pretty high priced hotel in Puerto Natales. WIFI zin the room was practically not working . Lounge and restaurant with WIFI were always too hot due to the sun. no cooling system as it was still hot at 2300….pity from such beautiful place

I liked the room and the hotel.

Breakfast like in Ibis hotel. I expected a good breakfast for the level of this hotel. Even yogurts were warm (no ice bowl to maintain cold chain) cheap juice (no frozen or fresh fruit). Poor service at refilling buffet, although very few people at the dining room (had to ask for more bread, eggs, etc). One expect seeds and dry fruits, nuts, etc.None As I was celebrating my birthday, I asked the night before for a glass of sparkling wine. No sparkling wine at the bar. The day after, they bought a bottle but really the cheapest brand in supermarket, no way to drink it (no champagne for my birthday) Incredible for an Altiplano Hotel!!

We liked the design and layout of this hotel. It nestles into the landscape, giving us good views to the surroundings. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant was very attractive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wished that we had more time there.

The receptionist had her hands full and was a little distracted - it took some time to call a cab! But, we were on holidays, so it did not matter.
