The location is perfect at the end of Caracol street, near all the attractions but in the quiet end of the road. Great, welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff. Hotel is neat but some bits were little tired showing a bit of wear. Good breakfast but no espresso - just bland filter coffee.

The location.

The hotel was under severe renovation. Construction workers everywhere and dirty. On top of that, they ran out of breakfast a full hour before the time was up because a high school devour it all.

the room was too small for the price, you didn’t have space to move around, not even to enter the room to close the door, the bathroom door didn’t close so you could hear everything from inside, also I had included breakfast in the reservation, but since I left early for the tours I couldn’t have anything to eat, they have a box to go but you have to pay for it.

Location is excellent

We had energy shortages in the site, resulting in no heating during the night, which was a very unpleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel let people stayed outside our rooms shouting and laughing until very very late, which made impossible to sleep at a decent hour, which is needed when tours start early morning.
