Desayuno espectacular y muy cercano al centro

El lugar es espectacular, la atención del personal es maravillosa, el desayuno muy rico y variado, también muy rico el almuerzo, el restaurante gourmet muy sabroso!! En el aseo de la habitación Anita hacia maravillas y todos los días nos dejaba flores adornando la habitación.
El bar muy bien atendido por Felipe y los tragos de cortesía un extraordinario detalle, les felicito.

Everything is done to make your experience on Easter Island an outstanding and unforgettable one.
The location is perfect and enables you to reach the city and surroundings by walk.
The view from the bedroom and overall from the hotel is the best possible, straight on the ocean, magical.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, the transfers offered very convenient and activities proposed wonderful.
Finally the breakfast is extremely tasty with a variety of options at your disposal.
The hotel facilities are wonderful, from the pool to the gym, you can really enjoy and make full use of them.

Un hotel hermoso, buenas instalaciones, el menú, el personal muy simpático, como el Chef Seba, también Catalina, Melissa, Pedro, Tau, en general todos uno amor.
La verdad es algo que puedan cambiar, el hotel es excelente. Pero en las habitaciones no hay un lugar donde las toallas se puedan secar bien, por tanto quedan húmedas, y no es la idea estar cambiando por temas con el cuidado del agua.
En el desayuno, un poco mas de tipos de fruta, quesos, y algo Keto (no consumo harinas refinadas, y azúcar). Gracias

El lugar es espectacular, las instalaciones son preciosas.
El mal servicio al cliente, tienen un grave problema en el área de restaurantes. La comida es muy buena, pero les hace falta personal de meseros, bartneder, etc., la comida se tarda literalmente horas en llegar a tu mesa.
Ah! Pero si eres gringo de esos que les dan propina por adelantado a los meseros, te atienden de maravilla.

We liked it here so much that this is "part 2" of our stay on Easter Island.
Thank you to Cecilia for arranging all the tours for us; she is a true asset to this resort. Also a special thank you to Miriam in housekeeping for the extra attention to cleaning our room. Finally, thank you to all the front desk personnel who made this a seamless stay and introducing us to the Tapati Festival time. This resort is also within walking distance to the town and festival.

if you want a hotel that is all about giving you a TOTAL EXPERIENCE look no further. From the minute we walked off the plane and was greeted by our host standing by the best and cleanest minibus we knew we had made the right choice. Everyone and everything was perfect. Great location overlooking the sea and close to the town. The two days of excursions were amazing and the guides were so knowledgeable. This hotel made our trip a trip of a lifetime
There was nothing that was too much for them. So can’t find fault at all.

Breakfast was ok. Breads were dried out and they need more fruit. The restaurant for dinner was excellent and fairly priced.
Excursions through hotel were overpriced, we did independent.

Rooms, pool, food and staff were excellent. We had an ocean view room with a patio that was very tranquil yet a short walk to town. Even though there were many restaurants in town we chose to eat dinner at the hotel each night because the food was so fresh and delicious. The best part of the hotel though was the friendly and helpful staff. It is a bit pricey but well worth it!

the property is beautiful and the staff friendly
the hotel clearly charges far too much for its standards - it is worth a quarter of what the charges were. the staff although well intentioned have not been trained properly- mainly the restaurant areas - at lunch the remains of breakfast were still underneath the tables and when bringing bottles of water to the table they neglected to bring a glass

Room clean and nice. Good view! Calm.
The breakfast is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Give less but with good quality of food. Breakfast for gastro-ignorants!! The waffles were not even attracting the hungry street dogs! I have video of the sound of dry waffle on the plate if you want. Like Maracas!! Please do something to give to your guest healthy food... something YOU would eat.

Staff is first rate - kind, helpful, professional. The souvenir shop is great, attended with professionalism, and with many great books about the island, impossible to find enywhere else.
There could have been more fresh fruit for breakfast.
